This hotel is very good....for example, the TV is simple and works very well. The staff at the reception are great....good English, good Russian, great attitude.

Super friendly, helpful staff, the room was huge. Good breakfast. Hotel is in the pedestrian zone, so it's quiet. Electric kettle in room. There's shops, bakeries and supermarkets near. Luckily no overrun by tourism.

The best hotel we've stayed in Azerbaijan so far. Great accommodation in a fantastic location right in the city center. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. However, what made our stay even more special was the staff in the reception and cleaning. They were really kind, attentive and always doing their best to help us. Thank you for everything!

Everything is old, bad odor, room number 218 has very small shower room you hardly fit inside, forget about moving inside and everything is about to be broken in a minute. I think I t could be lowered ti 2 starts if they do not take action on maintenance abd renovation of facility.

Good hotel for solo travelers and families, Lankaran is all about being natural beauty so after a long day, this place gives you good comfortable stay and night sleep.
Though upon special request made by one of my local friend to their management, they accepted fee through card/pos as it was not working due to technical issue. But they facilitated somehow. So in case you are planning to stay at Luxe, keep cash (manat) ready prehand.

Only thing i liked was the location.

The room they gave me wasn’t clean the bed was full of hair , sheets were not very clean still hair was everywhere, room was very small the pictures looked like i would have more space.
The staff who helped me check-in was polite but not really welcoming
I also ordered food from the restaurant and the portion compared to price was not worth it at all and not really tasty i just had to eat it cuz i had already paid n had nothing to eat the whole day.
The breakfast was very simple again compared to the price i paid for the hotel

Nice boutique hotel in a small town. Worth for money. Special shout for the receptionist, as he was always there to help for any queries. As a vegetarian, a good breakfast was provided to me.

The staff speak many languages, and very polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel is at the city center, so you can see all the attractions just going there by foot. The bed was comfortable.
Looks like you got good staff working at an old hotel with outdated facilities.
We were here just for one night, so it was okay, I liked the stay because everything we wanted to see was near.
It's old and you can see the walls with spots from a leaky AC, the furniture is old too. The bathroom cleaness isn't so good good, some tubes are rusty.
And I don't know how did they build the walls, you can hear literally everything that your neighbours do, everything in the lobby too. During our stay there were some people coming back to their rooms about 3 am, and I could hear everything, it was so damn loud.
And breakfast, come on... They didn't even served coffee. Tea and boiled eggs with bread. That's it, not even scrambled eggs, toasts or something very cheap and easy to make. No fruits ! No fruits in the region where the fruits grow.

Location is excellent, room was large with an adjoining living room. Breakfast was the usual fare - well done though no coffee. Staff were efficient and helpful with some English spoken.
Shower was only lukewarm - but not really a bother. Would have liked to have had a desk in the room for using laptops.

they should change the carpet and do som maintenance to ensure the previous 'luxe' dimension is maintained, a deep cleaning of some bathrooms is needed (but, just don't pick that room, ask for a change, they propose you spontanously if you spot the need for deeper cleaning)

perfect location right in the the centre of Lenkaran in the pedestrian zone.
The receptionist with the glasses on spoke great English and was really polite.
The included breakfast was generous and tasty, they make eggs to your liking and serve it with bread, cheese, jam, butter and tomatoes&cucumbers, tea or coffee.
the facade of the hotel looks stunning but the rooms are very run-down and the cleanliness needs to be much improved. Our mini-fridge was so dirty that I had to ask them to clean it.
Anyway, I had booked a double and they wanted to give us a very cramped twin room. I refused it and only after a discussion, they'd give us the double which was, as I said, not well-appointed at all. For this quality, it's overpriced.
