I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Ganja, the city where I was born, and it made the experience even more special.
The hotel is truly five-star — very clean, newly renovated, and in a perfect location. Everything feels fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained. The service is excellent, and all the staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and professional.
I want to give a special thank you to Elchin, who works at the reception during the night shift. He went above and beyond to help me — when the hotel Wi-Fi wasn’t working well in my room, he kindly gave me his own modem so I could use the internet. This level of care and kindness is truly rare and deeply appreciated.
Overall, I didn’t feel like I was staying in a hotel — it felt like I came back home. The hospitality here is exceptional, and I highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Ganja.

the breakfast was not wonderful but it was okay. thought I didn’t get to use, all the extra things like pools were included in the price.
Staff disappointed me in most ways! when you ask them about basic things that you usually have in a hotel in Azerbaijan, they tell you that they don’t have it since the hotel is strictly under international standards. Okay, fair, but why isn’t your service on an international standart level? for 3 days they didn’t clean our rooms though we asked them by calling reception, pressed the button made for that, and hung the cleaning banner on the door. after 3 days when we already almost had to leave, we told them in reception, they made a confused face and said they will send cleaning. 2 - we asked for water. not once, not twice, but 6 times called them they laughed it off as if it was a joke unprofessionally said this time if the staff doesn’t bring water receptionist will do it himself. 2 days passed, - no water. I asked them to put water in my room In the morning, left for 7 hours, came back, no water. went to the reception all angry, they said that they will bring it now, and brought it after an hour. 3- when we arrived, we have told them we have booked from Booking.com. they asked for extra money - god knows why, and extra money wasn’t just 30 manats but 300. we paid for everything not even understanding they were claiming that while booking we did something wrong. okay, no problem. when we were leaving they told us that they have made a mistake and that we actually didn’t have to pay that money, which because of the fact that we didn’t have that money, we had to cancel some of our plans. and of course the money will only be returned after a month. extremely disappointing. instead of using hotel to rest, our whole family stressed over the things that are unacceptable. note to the hotel: if you are claiming that your hotel is under international standards, please match your services to the international ones as well? thank you.

Biz 1 gecə qaldıq və sonradan əlavə olaraq daha 1 gecə də rezervasiya etdik. Ümumilikdə hər şey çox yaxşı idi. Lakin otel və Booking rezervasiyası arasında ödəniş məbləğində fərq olduğu otel tərəfindən bizə bildirildi və bunu yalnız ilk günün sonunda öyrəndik. Nə biz, nə də otel əməkdaşları bu fərqin səbəbini anlaya bilmədik. Otelin administratoru (İsmayılov Taleh) məsələ aydınlaşdırılana qədər həmin fərqi bizdən tələb etmədi. Bu çox peşəkar və strukturlu yanaşma idi və bunun üçün minnətdarıq.
İlk gün gəzintidən qayıtdıqdan sonra bizi xoş bir sürpriz qarşıladı. Bu, otelin qonaqlarına verdiyi diqqət və dəyərin göstəricisi idi.
Oteldə uşaq oyun otağı, sauna, daxili hovuz və restoran mövcuddur, həmçinin otağa sifariş xidməti də var. Bir sözlə, rahat istirahət üçün hər bir imkan yaradılıb. Otel əməkdaşları çox yardımsevərdir və ehtiyac yarandıqda hər cür dəstək göstərirlər.

We stayed for 1 night and later booked an additional night. Overall, everything was very good. However, we were informed by the hotel that there was a difference between the payment amount in the hotel system and the Booking reservation, and we learned about this only at the end of the first day. Neither we nor the hotel staff could understand the reason for this discrepancy. The hotel administrator (Ismayilov Taleh) did not charge us the difference until the issue was clarified. This was a very professional and well-structured approach, and we are grateful for that.
After returning from our trip on the first day, we were welcomed with a pleasant surprise. This was a clear sign of the hotel’s attention and care for its guests.
The hotel has a children’s playroom, sauna, indoor pool, and a restaurant, and room service is also available. In short, everything is provided for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff are very helpful and always offer support whenever needed.

When I complained hotel management promised to fix things and they try, but facilities are totally inappropriate for this price
Several things totally disappointed:
1. AC was not working properly
2. The mattress was terribly, terribly tough, seems like a wooden plate
3. Hot water in the shower not working properly
4. Window handles broken - cannot open the window

Ganja has hot weather, and unexpectedly, the air conditioning was not working at the hotel. Meanwhile, the staff was rude.
I am not recommending at all for other guests.

I booked a double room with balcony, but when arrived in hotel I was told that there is no balcony and room is single.
I have booked room for 2 adults(me and my wife) and 8 years old child(my son), but there was no bed for my son, so I had to pay for additional bed(when I booked I was assuming that there will be bed for every person, but it might be my misunderstanding).
The matrass of the main bed was so hard, as if made of concrete(extra bed was soft)
The HVAC was not functioning properly, the room temperature couldn't be reduced below 26C (78.8F). I asked help from reception and technician came and said "Sorry can't help you coz chillers are not working". I asked them "why are you accepting guests if your facilities not working? no answer for my question.... So I decided to open the window to get some cool air from outside and there is a 360 degrees security camera at my window level..... (photos attached)
The reason why I picked this Hotel among many hotels in Ganja was- I stayed in same named hotel in Abu-Dhabi couple of years ago and it was just perfect stay. But the "Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Ganja" must be just a name....
