We had a wonderful stay. The staff are very helpful, especially Ms. Shalala. The property is beautiful and very family friendly. There’s something for everyone to do. Our toddler enjoyed the children’s playground.

Kids Extra bed provided was not comfortable with foldable spring mattress. Breakfast was a bread and sweet festival with limited hot food variety. Service standard in the common areas and restaurants can be improved

Good location
Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing, especially the breakfast. Although there was a wide variety of items, the food had no flavor and tasted bland. The quality of preparation was not at the level expected from a hotel of this rating. I hope the management improves the food quality, as the current experience is not encouraging to return.

The hotel is but on a vast area of land with main building and villas. The rooms were nice and clean; and the staff quite hospitable and helipful.
The place is dated with room giving old look and bathroom need some work as it doesnt smell good.

Front view of hotel towards mountains were excellent. Spaces around the hotel well maintained. Excellent area for morning run
Washroom was smelly. There is not exhaust system in toilets. Rooms are congested. Triplet room that we used, we ended up reorganizing ourselves to make the space utilizable.
With all of above things to improve hotel was pricy, compared to the other equivalent or better options around. During next stay will be going for alternative options
