The apartment was beautiful, particularly the living room with the kitchenette. The host, Ms. Nargis, was exceptionally supportive and pleasant to deal with. The location was also convenient, being close to marts, banks, money exchange facilities, and shopping centers.
The washroom needs some minor fixes — the bidet leaks water, and the hot water lasts only 2 to 4 minutes, which can be an issue in cold weather. The TV was also difficult to operate; there were three remote controls, and it took some trial and error to get it working. Additionally, the washing machine was not easy to use due to a door lock issue. With a few small repairs, this apartment could be nearly perfect.

Nice and clean apartment at a good location. There are restaurants, ATM, and a supermarket in the same building as well as many more across the street. The boulevard is a couple of minutes' walk from the apartment complex.The host was friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying at this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt right at home. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable, and every personal care item I could possibly need was thoughtfully provided.
The owner of the apartment was incredibly kind and helpful. He took the time to assist me in finding the perfect accommodation that suited my family's needs, which I greatly appreciated. His hospitality made a significant difference in our stay.
One of the standout features of this apartment is the high level of security. I felt safe and secure throughout my time here, especially with the visible security cameras near the apartment door and the thorough check-in process. Knowing that the apartment had such a strong focus on safety really put my mind at ease.
The location is another plus. The apartment is situated in a quiet area, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, there is a market located in the same building, which made it convenient for any shopping needs without having to venture far.
Overall, this apartment exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this gem. I will definitely be returning in the future!

This 5-star apartment is a perfect choice for a family vacation in Baku. Its modern design and full suite of built-in electronics, including a washer-dryer, offer utmost convenience. The owners were exceptionally helpful, accommodating our late check-out request and responding promptly to any queries. The prime location adds to the overall appeal of this wonderful apartment. I only wish we could have stayed for a whole week instead of just two nights!

Its so clean and the space is big, everything is available literally such as ironing stuff and the toaster, and laundry everything you need and the apartment is close to nizami street and boulevard and the airport, the householder was so nice and helpful and the security system there is so good in the building as long as you are there you’re gonna feel safe

I booked the apartment as per the picture in booking.com but before reaching the apartment i got mwssage from owner that the apartment having some issue and he will give me other apartment.once reach the apartment it was completely different.apartment. second he want me to cancel the booking.com reservation
