Good location in the middle of old town
Quiet apartment
Friendly host who approved late check out
Toilet makes a lot of noise when flushing so that you wake up in the night
Mattress was uncomfortable
There was medication laying around in the kitchen
When we arrived there was a laundry racket in the kitchen with laundry drying (probably the towels and linens from previous guests)
Dishes in the kitchen were rather dirty
Door is difficult to lock
Apartment overall is quite dark and there is no option to sit on the balcony
Host first just wanted to accept cash payment (even on booking.com it's stated that the place accepts credit card. After some negotiations he asked for 3% more if we pay by card. In the end he agreed to the original price providing we did a payment through an online link which worked.

Good location in old town.
Responsive host.
Decent price for the location.
Very comfortable bed.
Flexible check-out time.
This property offers airport transfer.
I experienced multiple problems during my stay, 1. WC was making a horrible sound and didn't function one of the days.
2. One of the shower heads was broken and leaking.
3. Another day, a horrible gasoline smell appeared in the whole building and stayed more than 24h.
The host addressed these first 3 problems.
4. There is no heating in the room, only the airco.
5. Lack of cooking kitchenware.
6. No decent hairdryer, only an old electric brush.
7. The apartment is quite dark, you will use electricity during the day.
8. Horrible door lock, hatd to open and close.

The apartment is cozy, clean, and beautiful, everything worked perfectly. No noise from the street could be heard inside.
There are tons of restaurants around. Nearby, there’s a small convenience store (you can pay by card) and a tiny bakery (cash only).
The metro station is close (5-7 minutes to the Icherisheher station). It felt like we were living in a museum or stepping back in time. An incredible experience. Really amazing.

Choosing this apartment you get a perfect location in the old city and almost everything you need for a comfortable stay (kitchen, washing machine and other things are included)
There were some issues with Wi-Fi when I came, however it was solved just in a few hours, so no problems at all. The only thing is that sometimes (quite rare) the connection was still not good enough for big conference calls, but that wasn't a big problem actually
