Great amenities and location. We did have difficulty paying with our credit card upon arrival (issue on the side of the hotel) — but they let us drop off bags and directed us to an ATM and payment happened with no problem. The bathroom was huge! Quiet location. Delicious breakfast with a breath taking view. Highly recommend. So glad we stayed here in Baku.

Hotel is in the heart of the old city. The rooms are nice size and thea area is quiet at night.
As others have said, vehicles have to pay to enter the old city so taxis do not drop you off or pick you up in front of the hotel. It's a steep climb up hill from the main street where you are dropped off. The old city streets are paved with stone bricks which are hell on luggage wheels.

The Old Town location was great allowing us to easily connect with sights and restaurants. Staff were very helpful.
Had a torn sheet we mentioned the first night and it wasn’t changed after two more nights. Breakfast adequate but cook had such limited English she didn’t get the egg order right. No real place for large suitcases. No grab bars or safety mat in the shower. One chair to sit on.

The hotel has an excellent location! Walking distance, in the old city center, a few meters away from the Maiden Tower. It is very small and cozy, very nicely decorated. I like the fact that they brought fresh water everyday.
The breakfast is not varied, and indeed, as others have mentioned before, it is available only from 9am.
I had some difficulties in understanding myself with the guy from the reception, i was under the impression that he didnt speak English too well, but we managed in the end. :)

Modern place right in the middle of old town Baku. Lovely breakfast at the roof top with amazing views!
Room a bit small with two large suitcase to place.

The location was great. It was in the heart of the old town so walking distance to lots of sights but it was also quiet at night despite its location. The hotel was nicely decorated and breakfast in the roof terrace was really nice. The room was clean and we had a large bathroom with a good sized shower.
The facilities were not great. There was very little hot water so we had to stagger our showers in the morning. We were only given one pillow which was thin and uncomfortable. The tv didn’t work and the curtains didn’t cover the whole window.

Close to everything, great location!you can reach the tourist spots by walking. Lots of restaurants around.
You need watch out for the shower it has tendency to flood. Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable bed.

Nice staff, best location and good view at balcony. Wonderful breakfast.
In shower, the temperature of water is not stable. But just in first night, it turned good in other days.
