The location and hotel itself was great with the great sea view. Staff was excellent and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.
Bed was not so comfortable as it was old. Needs renovation for the bed and for bath tab I think. All the rest was so well.

Very good breakfast,amazing veiw,very kind stuff,good location,25 minutes by foot to the old city,10 minutes by foot to the mall and seafront.In the same building of the hotel is very good restorant and bar.Good prices.
Need more atention to clean the dust in the bathroom,espesially on the lighbulbs.

I had an exceptional stay at the Riviera Hotel. The cleanliness, impeccable service, and delectable cuisine truly stood out. What made this experience even more special was Gunel at the reception. Her remarkable customer service skills, flawless English, and warm welcome from the moment we arrived left a lasting impression. We were so impressed that we returned for another stay. Plus, the breathtaking view added the perfect touch to our memorable visit.

Cleanliness and most importantly no commitment.
We asked them to change our room because it was not according to our expectations, not much clean and spacial.
They said yes you can have one on 8 of September and than on 8 September they gave excuses and literally tried to said that guests mean you have no priority. We do how we like

Everything, the hotel was perfect, location was perfect, overlooking the sea and the lovely Boulevard. The staff were exceptional, Junel was fantastic and all the staff could not have been more helpful. Baku is a lovely city to visit and staying in this hotel only added to the great experience. Stayed there for 5 nights.
Nothing, everything was great and the staff were so friendly.
