The friendliness and hospitality of the staff exceeded our expectations—they were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. Additionally, the in-room breakfast, available for an additional charge, was excellent.
The villa was quite spacious—designed to accommodate up to 10 guests—so it felt a bit large for our family of five with children, as we only made use of a few rooms. We had also hoped for a swimming pool or easy beach access during this time of year. However, not all villas include a pool, which I hadn’t realized when making the reservation. That was an oversight on my part.
Additionally, we found it a bit challenging to access the beach, as it’s located on the other side of a highway and not directly walkable from the villa. This was a slight disappointment, especially for the children who were looking forward to swimming.

The breakfast was good and well balanced.
The place has very beautiful villas. I like the privacy that the place provided.

Despite the well balanced breakfast, I ate the same breakfast for the entire period of my stay. This was predictable and monotonous .
The breakfast was standard, meaning that I had no choice in terms of portion, variety and pricing.
I expected to find cooking pots and utensils in the kitchen to allow me the option of cooking and preparing anything .
I wish the hotel provided information on places to be visited within the vicinity and information regarding the most recent COP29

Nice comfortable rooms and the place was clean.
The room amenities mentioned of a rooftop pool but there wasn't one. We stayed in comfort villa and then realised it wasn't with a rooftop pool.

I like the villa
The Villa is missing many basic things. Its having a kitchen without any single utensil, so you cannot use it. There is not even a trash can. We turned on the jacuzzi and all the water was coming outside. Under the jacuzzi there was a huge mouse that ran away. We asked them to change the villa but they did not care. All the restaurants in the complex have the exactly same menu and are very bad. The staff in all of them is extremely rude and the do not speak any english.

I like the villa and I like the rooms. It’s very nice place. I recommended for people who have a family and couples to come and take this place and especially for the stuff. They are very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much Mr. Michael and his manager, Mr. Zaur help us about a lot of things thank you so much Inshallah, this is not the first time or the last time to come. I’ll be coming inshallah to book in this hotel Villa.

Panorama Villa is situated face to Sea . Its outside atmosphere is very good . Children's park is available. We also become as a child and played in park. And climate was awesome to spend there .

Staff was very friendly and attended to all our requests promptly and efficiently.
The Villa itself is a great facility for a group of friends spending vacation together. Several bedrooms, several bathrooms, and a swimming pool make a great accommodation even for a group of 6-8 people.
We were a group of 6 adults and 2 toddlers, coming from 3 different countries. The Villa was just right for our group, and we have really enjoyed our vacation.

Our villa was 1 minute from the sea with a sea view and had a private pool. The villa was big, clean and spacious. There is a special area for children, a gym, restaurants. It is easily accessible and located in the most beautiful part of Baku. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mikayil and Zaur were always available. Fish dishes were delicious. Thank you??
