We had a wonderful stay, but the highlight was definitely the exceptional service provided by Ms. Elmira. She was incredibly helpful and dedicated so much time to ensure we had everything we needed. Her professional and warm attitude made us feel truly welcome.
Everything was great and we have no complaints. We just want to reiterate our thanks to the staff, especially Ms. Elmira, for her outstanding hospitality and support during our visit from April 7th to 10th.

The view was greet - the suite eas amazing with all facilities We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. They made a beautiful birthday surprise for my husband, which meant so much to us. The location was excellent. the view is great. the bed is comfortable, the staff are helpful.
I did not like at all that the TV is in a see through mirror, and you have another mirror that you clearly can see that it is bidirectional view kind, it make me uncomfortable is changing in the room. A glasses walls bathroom make you hear all the noises of however is inside.

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and luxurious, with a prime location. The pleasant and refined scent throughout the corridors creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the rooms and sea views are absolutely breathtaking.
