The best part about the property is the location. It also has a small grocery market nearly 100 mts from the flat and one in the apartment building. Nizami street is 200 mts from the location. Lot of cafes downstairs.
While they are good amount of pots and pans in the kitchen, it would be nice to keep some tea/coffee/oil, spice to cook. Just a suggesstion.

Property is location is amazing.. closest to nizami st. barely 5 mins walk and most secured area as its next to ministry of internal affair office
Property has all amenities, comfortable for single or young couples.
It doesnt have a lift.. taking your luggage up 3 floors is a big task.

Elchin the host is a first order gentleman. The apartment is small but very comfortable. Every minute detail has been taken care off. Excellent location for Baku with a good view from balcony.
The approach is a bit iffy but then how some buildings are. On 3rd floor without elevator. Embarrassing that Elchin helped with our luggage both while check-in and check-out.

You cannot expect a better location in Baku. The host is very nice and answers fast. The apartment has all appliances you may need and there is even a small market in the building.

The host picked us up. The property is centrally located in town, very close to the old city where most of the action happens. It is also near the main street, bus stop, and market.
The property is on the third floor and does not have an elevator. Additionally, the entrance and staircase feel unwelcoming. However, once you enter the apartment, it transforms into a warm, welcoming, and comfortable space.

The appartment has a beautiful vibe to it ...embodied with all the modern facilities...even the minutest of the details have been taken into consideration....and above all "Mr.Elchin" ,he is simply a gem of a person...a helping hand ...thank you sir for making our stay in baku...pretty comfortable and memorable...
Nothing as such...everything about the appartment jus seemed perfect to me..the only downside is that it does not have an escalator...rest everything is just perfect and beautiful..

The place was very clean with all facilities .The location is ideal near to Nizami street and 24/7 supermarkets are open which are on the walking distance.The host Elchin was super kind and humble and helped us a lot. Very nice overall experience. I stayed with my parents and i enjoyed a lot. Thanks Elchin.
