Great hotel with amazing staff who truly go above and beyond to provide excellent service. The breakfast is very good, and both the chef and the manager personally check with guests to make sure everything is satisfactory and to see if there’s anything else they need.

Absolutely beautiful, such a cozy place and really nice for couples. The entire staff was lovely and really helpful. The breakfast is amazing and with a nice view! The location is superb too as you're in the middle of everything and get to walk around everywhere!
Also thank you to the girl that was bartending who took lovely pictures of us!

Location is perfect and the hotel itself
has very intellectual history of old Azerbaijanian life stile reflected in the drawings hanged all over the walls in corridors. I enjoyed looking at these pictures. Its just beautifully decorated hotel. I advise guests to see. Breakfast is more than good . Room service was excellent.
Little things like the two levels in the room that need to be careful when moving at night. Shower could have bar for old people to hold while showering.

The hotel was in a perfect location. It was in the center, between the old city and new quarters of the city. Everything was nearby. All the staff were extremely helpful and always provided assistance, especially Lamiya from the housekeeping staff. She ensured that we have a comfortable stay and went above and beyond with her assistance.

The location is right in the center near the old city. There is an exit from the hotel to the old city as well as to Aziz Aliyev Street, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The hotel is quiet and beautiful, and in terms of value for money, it is excellent! It's easy to get to anywhere from there. The staff members are very friendly.
The beds were less comfortable, and in the dining room, there were instances where the vegetables were not fresh. The street is under construction and closed, so to take a taxi, you need to walk to the beginning of the street. It's not too much of a problem, but if you want a taxi, it means you have to walk to the end of the street and wait in weather that can also be problematic. Additionally, taxi drivers didn't understand how to drop us off at the hotel and went to various strange places.

Here is the revised review with the titles and names naturally integrated, keeping it elegant Boutique 19 is a standout property in Baku. The location is excellent—central, convenient, and ideal for both leisure and family stays. Cleanliness across the hotel is consistently high, with rooms and common areas maintained to a very strong standard.
We initially booked a standard room and were kindly upgraded to a Junior Suite, which I would highly recommend for anyone staying longer than a few nights, particularly families. We stayed for seven nights, and the additional space and comfort made a meaningful difference to the overall experience.
What truly elevates Boutique 19 is the people behind the experience. The leadership and service culture are clearly reflected in the day-to-day attention to detail. Special thanks to Murad, the General Manager, for overseeing such a well-run operation; Sanan, the F&B Manager, for the quality and consistency of the dining experience; and Zaur the Front Office manager who was professional, warm, and consistently attentive. Julya and Tarlan also deserve recognition—though this is by no means limited to them, as every interaction reflected the same high standard of hospitality.
A thoughtfully managed hotel with a strong service mindset and a team that genuinely cares. Highly recommended, and a place we would gladly return to.
