The location was great right on the F1 track and the apartment had all the facilities we needed
The apartment was falling to pieces, one double bed broke just by sitting on it so we had to sleep with mattress on the floor, when booking I was told we would have a bed settee but it was another mattress on the floor wall paper was all peeling off and torn shower was filthy and shower head was useless. We made it work for the sake of where it was and F1.

We got quite a big apartment, which was very comfortable for our family of six. Checkout time was also very convenient since we arrived only late night, almost morning. And location is just across the road from the corniche.
Some of the bathroom stuff needs to be fixed.

Location was the best - very close to most major attractions. Staff was very nice and helpful, arranged our cab to the airport. The appartment was clean with a great view.

Location is good, close to the entrance to the Old Town and the sea promenade.
The lounge and balcony look onto the sea (nice view) and busy street but the bedroom is facing the inner yard so is quiet (as is the building).
Great communication from the hosts; they were friendly, helpful and flexible with the check-out.
The place was very dirty. They of course changed bath towers and bed sheets but the rest had not been cleaned for weeks if not months. The flat is rather expensive for what it is (but most of them are in the Old Town) so it is quite disrespectful to rent it out in such a state.
Kitchen drawers were sticky and dirty. The kitchen towel must have been washed but it was so unapologetically grey from previous uses that you did not want to touch it. The trash bin had been emptied but not cleaned. The inside of the washing machine (where you put the detergent) was black and sticky. There was so much dust and dirt on the windows and windowsills, they must not have been cleaned in months. The shower was rather run down and was leaking from the head. The toilet was not well cleaned. Overall there was dust and dirt everywhere.
The couch in the living room was was old and bumpy; definitely needs changing, should not be that expensive.
Despite the friendliness of the hosts, we were very disappointed at the state of the flat. A good and thorough clean is absolutely needed together with some repairs.

Fantastic location and nice apartment, clean and with everything we needed. The hosts are very nice and helpful, and the made sure we had a parking spot. Nice view from the balcony.

The view is amazing! The flat is located in the heart of Baku. It is possible to reach all the sightseeing by walk. The Icherisheher and Bulvar are on the opposite side of the road.
