The hotel is average, condos are big and spacious, has all the amenities you need. lots of parking, pool is great, hot tub is big and great. It was windy in all our trip so hot tub was used. They have beach towels and cooler in every room to use. beach is about 5 min walk. This property is located behind Iberostar. There is a big Dutch grocery store called Super Food about 1km from the hotel.
The pool bar is a sore hole in the ground, restaurant looked dingy so did not go in but maybe the food is good. wifi sucks.

I loved how easy it was to add an additional night for a lower price than the other nights I paid on booking.
The 5 minute walk to Eagle Beach was alittle dangerous because the sidewalk was actually dirt road and cars drive very close. The food at the one restaurant on premise wasn’t the greatest.

The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The receptionist explained thoroughly the house rules and gave us clear instructions on how to work around the unit. Value for money is really good. Quiet and peaceful place away from the crowd. Near proximity to the beach 6 minute walking distance from the beach with ample parking space.
The jacuzzi bubble machine was broken for a few days but it’s okay

The shakers bar, beautiful bar great place to hang out and have a couple of drinks. Wished we did that but prices are way too high. If prices were a bit lower more people would be there.

The condos were so well kept. Landscaping, pool, extra tables, chairs and grill allowed for lovely dinners outside. The staff was amazing. Short walk to Eagle Beach. We had such a great experience...we're booking it again for next year!

Everything is great. The beach is nearby. They have a swimming pool and a jacuzzi tub that we really enjoy. Ziy, the front desk guy, is very helpful. Although we arrived early for check-in, our room was not ready. So we went out for a meal first. Later, Ziy called us to let us know that our room was ready. He is a very friendly guy.

I loved the room, the pool and the hot tub. I loved having a restaurant on the property too. The staff was also very helpful and very nice. The property is on a dead end street so very quiet. Also a quick, one minute walk to an incredibly, beautiful beach!
The swim up pool bar was not open....not a huge issue, but would have been nice.

The 2 bedroom condo was much larger than expected, clean, and quiet. We loved the location with such a short walk to the beach -- and free parking when we wanted to drive.
No oven - which we realized after we brough back frozen pizzas to cook but we improvised and cooked on the grill. We were told we would have 1 housekeeping service during our 5 days there, but no one ever came. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to have the sand vacuumed.

The personnel at the front desk was always willing to help with everything from a taxi, rental car, restaurant or maintenance. This definitely met our needs for our 5 day stay
