Location is great
We had problems with the way we have been treated. Absolute lack of customer service, never seen something like this before. We asked to speak to somene responsible for decision making but we got totally ingored. This have been the worst resort experience of our life. Also, rooms are very hold.

the chair situation at the beach. almost impossible to get one unless you get there at 5am. sometimes earlier. no joke.

Loved the location of this resort! I traveled solo to Aruba and enjoyed that I had all the amenities I need right on the property or a close walk by! The staff was also very friendly and happy to help. The pools are beautiful and the beach is just a few steps away!
The only downside was that the property was doing construction during my stay. It was very noisy and disturbed the peaceful atmosphere of the beach. I would have like to have known this before booking my stay.

We had a really good time at Playa Linda, the hotel has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation time, the pool area is very nice and with a great Italian restaurant just there; the staff was very attentive, the rooms were clean and comfy and the location is exceptional! as it is right by restaurants, markets and shops which makes it very convenient. It is also right by the beach with some more shops and beach bars. Overall we had a great experience and will sure come back!

Could never get a table by the pool. People always came out early and placed their towels on the tables and chairs by the pool and stayed there all day. They never moved

The hotel was close to a lot of shopping and restaurants so it was perfect and everything was walking distance. The room was comfortable - small but perfect for two guests and the kitchenette had everything. We liked that there was a gym onsite which had a good mix of equipment and weights. All of the staff were extremely helpful and easily approachable.
The only thing was the room was a little cold but other than that, everything was great.

great beach, rooms were comfy and quiet, good food options
A/C needs tuning, the temp didn't hold and it actually became colder in the room than we'd like, otherwise it was great
