The problem wasn’t the property the add described a one bedroom unit for 4600.00 they rented us a lock off u it which you can rent for 800-1100

The view from the balcony was spectacular and the weather is nearly perfect year-round.

The room was clean and the bed was rather comfortable, especially the pillows. The lazy river was the highlight for me. The food was decent at all the restaurants and the people were extremely courteous, accommodating, nice, and friendly
There was a lot of people in the main pool. More than I cared for to enjoy. There was also a lot of people in the beach as well and the beach water was not as clear as the eagle beach. Oh, and how can I forget the iguanas, the big ones scared the living crap out of me!

Everything was perfect. Just a request- if the hotel description provided info on the washer dryer and full kitchen info.. I would have brought less clothes.

She was on her cell phone and ignored me
When I approached her and told her I needed information about Covid appointment,she referred me to the other lady,which she did not know the information either

The location along the beach and the restaurant were great! Comfortable clean
It was unclear what was included or not at the arrival of the hotel. I am a member of bon voy by Marriott and non of the benefits apply to this location unfortunately. This is a timeshare place they said to us.
Probably due to COVID the rooms were not made by the hotel.
Other than those things. We had a great time and the place is nice .

Could use more elevators felt like walked in circle to bldg-elevator-room, vending machines, housekeeping, (even if it is covid). sidewalk to bus route, exit on South side of garage ,place to eat, room in book that has info, floats for lazy river.

In regards to location it was perfect.
When we checked into our room the next morning there was staff doing wall painting, cleaning carpets, and repairs. Since we weren't in the room too much it wasn't terrible, but it was a bit awkward.

Very close to the beach and shopping center
Drinks were very weak and staff did not record information correctly. I checked in on Monday and was staying until Friday morning, staff put me down as checking in Tueaday and leaving Thursday morning.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Clean. Could walk to other hotels. Liked the pool.
The beach towel policy was a little stressful; you are given 4 in your room and expected to 4.While I understand it, we were with a group and our things were often mixed together. I had to put my towels in a bag, so they weren't accidentally used or taken
