Location, varied activities, great breakfast, and phenomenal staff.
The toilet leaked, we pretty sure, onto the floor. We alerted the management, but it wasn’t resolved.

seemed very clean and safe. The staff was tremendous shout out to Raul and Elvis. There were some parts of the facility that some of the workers were lazy but overall now.
we reserved the Palapas for my wife's birthday. We went at 8:30 cause we were told to be there before 9 AM. Spoke to The guy Manning them. He set it up for us when we came back. It was given to someone else they told us their policy is that we have to notify the staff which we did which was very embarrassing cause it was all set up for my wife's 65th birthday.

At the bar at night, the bartenders were very nice ( not so much can be said for the waiters ) they were grumpy.
When I was planning a trip to Aruba, I never thought for one minute that somebody would be blocking my view at the beach after I paid $60 for our two chairs and an umbrella tier one. I had absolutely no view of the water additionally, when I look at the water, I don’t like to see boats. There were so many docked boats. It was not what I was picturing at all. There was absolutely no bar service at the beach not once. Did anybody come around and ask us for a drink order? Zero service at the beach . At the pool

There was a piece of toilet paper floating, and a paper cup. We decided not to sit at the adult pool because it was so shaded most of the day.no sun & cold
Pool - there was nothing going on just a very loud annoying bingo game. I also don’t understand why there is no balcony where you can sit attached to any of the rooms.?????? that should be a given in in the Caribbean. It’s so called balcony had barely any room to stand. It was ridiculous.

Got food poisoning in restaurant. Reported it twice. Didn’t get a response until I got home. Restaurant manager would not take responsibility. Also extremely hot and humid with no air conditioned place to sit while not in room or restaurant.

Room was great, beach was great, all employees were wonderful. Facility is beautiful.
The only things that could be better you will not be able to fix. 1) the public access next to the property brought in a few disruptive people toward the end of each day. 2) Unable to sit on the balconies :(

Great location and right on the beach
Overpriced, its outdated and needs to be refreshed / remodeled, I can imagine it was great in the 80ies and 90ies but now its meh. You pay a lot of money and you get mediocre at best when it comes to the property / rooms. Some bars close at 5, its not bad but its also not great, especially considering the price tag.

The beach is pristine and just steps away from the buildings. The location is phenomenal — you're within walking distance of some of the area's finest restaurants.
A couple of things to note: 1) Beach beds and umbrella huts come at an extra cost, and availability is quite limited even if you're willing to pay. 2) The beach bar was the biggest disappointment — it fell short of expectations in both service and quality.

Property was well laid out and right on the beach. Rooms were a good size. Location was excellent right on the beach
On check out our bill was paid in full. When we got home I had multiple pending credit card transactions from the Hyatt which amounted to several thousand dollars. We had to ring the hotel to ask them to remove the holds. They told us there was nothing they could do about it and it was the bank. For any other hotels/tour operators we used on the island and in Curacao we did not have this problem. The hotel were very unhelpful and it took nearly 3 weeks for them to remove the holds. I also was not informed at check in that they would be putting these holds on my card. So beware and ask when checking in what is going to be charged to your card.

The property had everything you needed - pool, beach, cabanas, restaurants, spa, kids club, pool/beach chair food service, easy towel access, well appointed rooms (no carpets!), excellent service - staff were all so kind and helpful!
When booking your pool/beach chairs, you pay one price whether renting 2 or 4 chairs. Seems a little wasteful and asking customers ‘how many chairs’ when reserving could free up chairs for others. They book up quickly!
