Location is perfect. Staff is always friendly, this is our third trip to Aruba and we've always stayed at the Holiday Inn. We've had friends try other hotels after staying at the Holiday INN but they've always come back to the Holiday in!

The location was great! Near everything that matters.
The pools are very close to the beach.
Good breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The view from the beach front rooms are amazing.

Location is where you want to be. Restaurants and ahops right across the street. Access to tge public bus is easy.. Beachfront is large and the number of chairs and bars are fantastic! Very expensive, but you get what you pay for.
I had a regular room and could hea noise from the street and nightly music. Check your room location. Very expensive to purchase drinks and food. Get the all inclusive!

Best location between both Palm Beach and Eagle Beach. Superb, well-kept grounds with plenty amenities such as the palapas, gelato, coffee shop/bar, stores, beautiful seaside restaurant, etc.

Loved the proximity to the town
Didn't like that even though we paid to stay at the Hotel we still had to pat extra to get an umbrella on the beach and a beach hut. Also one of the bartenders made a mistake and poured us 2 drinks when we ordered one and instead of just giving them to us she threw them out! I thought that was really rude & wasteful that she would rather throw them out and waste than give them to the patrons when it was her mistake. She was very rude also. She was an older Asian woman.

Location was good
- they charges us more than what we booked indicating that the rate was posted without the taxes, knowing that I booked through booking in Aruba at renaissance for half our vacation and we didn’t come across this issues
- all corporate, even the umbrella you must pay for it.
- the day before we leave, they didn’t even change our towels. We spent the whole day with old towels just because we were leaving f the next day
- for all the money we paid , it’s not worth it. If u need anything else u must pay for it. Compare it to renaissance this was garbage
- our room door was broken
