Very Good
Though the hotel rooms are outdated, They are kept rooms cleaned and the staff was attentive and professional.
The only thing I didn’t like is the cab service. The car charged me $47 US to a 15 minute airport drop off. It would be nice if they had shuttle for their guests or a set price to and from airport.

The property is very well located, on a nice beach and very close to all shopping and dining area.
Very helpful stuff. Big thanks to Anderson from reception desk.
The rooms must be renovated as soon as possible. It was not clean enough and we had problems charging the devices . All the furniture was outdated.
It is too bad for the excellent location and land that this property has.

We were able to walk to all the key shopping and restaurants we wanted to, the location is the best place on the beach and the room was spacious.
We had a couple of cockroaches in one of the rooms (we booked 3), and the musty smell was a bit strong, otherwise everything was perfect.

Location. Although it’s not the best beach on the island it is centrally located for easy access to a lot of things.
Overpriced for condition. I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Downtown Brooklyn and the rooms were way more upscale for a much lower price. The rooms and hallway needs updating. Our door was cut very short so you could see in our room. And because it was shiny tile, you could see a clear reflection… of the balcony… a person. We put a towel down by the door. Which when you opened the door… the towel was able to go under the door. That’s how high the gap was.

I think I like best about the hotel was the location and the beach. The friendliness of the staff was amazing the hotel bedrooms they could use some updating, but they weren't terrible. The air-conditioning didn't really work well
The only thing I didn't like about this hotel air-conditioning in the room didn't work, and I wish they had microwaves in the rooms

The white sand beach, the cafe/bar & food was good
Outdated rooms.
On last day housekeeping knocked on my door before 9 and opened the door even tho I had my hangtag on the door to not make up room. That was not appreciated as we had until 11 to check out of the room and I really needed the extra sleep time.

Holiday Inn resort has a great location to all the shops, restaurants, and people. On the resort, the staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs. The beach was right there. The restaurant in the bar was great when we didn’t wanna leave the property.
Some parts of the beach had a funny smell.

It was not possible to keep the toilet sit up. They need to fix that
The bathroom….some of the staff (towel hub, restaurants) was rude. They did not “honor” the reservations (well actually we paid 40 for a beach “umbrella” and often we found other people sitting there!

Location is central to all the restaurants
It’s old and dated. Overpriced for the facility. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was stuffy and bathroom was old and noisy.
