The place is overpriced for what you get. It's basic and rustic. Aruba as a whole is an overpriced overrated Island. You can get the same waters and even better accommodation or resort on the water for a fraction in Punta Cana.

Wonderful
It was an easy 15 minute walk to Palm Beach. The staff was super friendly. Easy check in and check out. It was very quiet.
There was nothing we didn't like. Everything was convenient.

Very clean and quaint and large pool. Rooms good size with balcony.
The included breakfast is the same each morning. Eggs cooked different ways. Very little fruit.

The breakfast was good - Sausages, eggs and pancakes, cereal, juice, coffee and tea was available. Room and common grounds were clean. The pool area was nice as well as the pool.
You will need a car to get to the beach. Staff is not always available to assist with calling a cab. Cabs take awhile to arrive, about 20 minutes. There is no Uber or Uber Eats. Nothing is walking distance except for a couple of local restaurants/eateries. The staff is not always in the office when needed, they tend to disappear and you have to look for them. No one speaks or understands English luckily I speak a little Spanish.

The breakfast was nice.
The room was not as clean as I expected. The bedding seemed dirty. There were several things in the room that were broken. One night stay was all I could do. It made me uncomfortable being in the room.

Small cottage like rooms. Nice pool. Adequate provided breakfast.
We were told we could check in at least one of our rooms 3 rooms total) then just use the pool until our other rooms were ready. It was almost 6:00 before any of our rooms were ready.

The bed was better than we expected. Breakfast was good for the price. Place was clean. It is not luxury, but we knew that going in.
It was further from the beach then we'd like, but for what area hotel prices were, this is a budget friendly way to be in Aruba. A taxi the beach area was $11-13 depending on time so for the cost of room to just have a safe place to sleep, it was great.
