The resort had a few activities for children like a water slide a splash pad and checkers
Getting good food for a reasonable price was a challenge. We ate dunkin donuts for most meals like breakfast and sometimes lunch. There was a restaurant at the adjacent hotel that was very overpriced. Some of the front desk staff were not friendly. The room was a little dirty. We asked for the bottom.level because we have kids yet we were put on the 5th floor which was the furthest from the lobby and access to the outside activities. Why don't they offer all inclusive

Location near Eagle Beach, Dunkin Donuts and small convenience and gift shop on site, near large supermarket , across street from a casino, golf cart transportation to short distances especially for people with disabilities , 3 separate pools, pool staff willing and able to get pool chairs when no empty chairs available of coin operated laundry facilities on every floor, very secure clean facilities . We had a fully stocked kitchen (dishes cookware cutlery glasses and cups)with a Mr. coffee microwave toaster oven full size fridge
Dining facility poolside and also second site on perimeter of facility with in walking distance.
Fresh towels may be in supply but can be obtained from front desk

The room is nice with AC and cooking amenities .. The service was great. to the Maid and Front desk. Dunkin Donuts is a good addition to the property LOL.
The Kids pool needs to fix the buckets only one was working. I wish the kids pool have more toys like a small slide.. They do have a big blue slide its not meant kids under 10.

The location was convenient and the staff was very gracious. The room was clean and maid service very responsive and efficient. The resort offered something for everyone from activities to resting on a chaise. Just a short walk to beautiful beach and Dunkin Donuts on-site.
Getting in parking lot not well marked (entrance to facility). We found our way after a few times!

The staff came to our rescue and I will forever be grateful for their help. We forgot our car keys in the safe in our room. Housekeeping found them and brought them to the front desk. I called from the airport, in a panic, hoping they had our keys. The front desk staff asked one of the bell hops to drive our keys to the airport, which he did. They all saved the day!
My kids really enjoyed the facilities, especially the pool. I liked the kitchenette and the space we had. The room was also exceptionally quiet, so we all slept well.
This was our first trip to Aruba and I'm glad I chose Eagle Aruba resort.
*I would have liked more dining options.
*The lights in our room and kitchen were really dim and made it very hard to see things at night. *The Dunkin donuts/Baskin Robbins only had one employee working every day. The wait for coffee or anything else was awful. They should absolutely have 2 staff working at all times to keep people moving through.

The hotel is located right across the street from the beach and there is a large grocery store located directly behind it. The kids loved the water slide and play area next to the pool. The staff is friendly. There is a Dunkin Donuts and a small convenience store right on the property for any emergency needs. It’s only a 15 minute drive from the airport.
You can’t control the air conditioning in your room, the beds are hard and they didn’t give us any blankets. They don’t let anyone under the age of 18 in the jacuzzi, which meant that I couldn’t enjoy it with my family. During the day, there was constantly something being fixed/renovated on the property, which took away from the ambiance. No pool waiting service — you have to order food and drinks from the bar yourself (sometimes standing in a very long line and waiting up to an hour for food).

I wish you can order food from the childrens pool. Also, supposedly the beach have chairs for hotel guest but there are no signs or uniform staff.

We always enjoy staying here (4th year).
My husband has knee issues and we needed a ground floor room. Instead we were on the 2nd floor 2513. He had a long walk to get anywhere. He said if this was the case in the future, we would not stay here. Also, requested a toaster. It never showed up.

Very affordable. Easy 5 min walk to beautiful Eagle Beach. Comfortable rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of room. Cleaned and fresh towels daily. Free beach chairs and towels. Would stay there again!!

The pool areas and landscaping was kept exceptionally clean daily
Location to beach was good
There should be a warning on the faucets in the guest rooms
Several times nearly got scalded with hot water tap
It appears that the temperature gauge on these faucets is higher than 120° F
Additionally, if the Palayas had some type of cut outs for holding drink glasses
Due to the windy climate, several of our drinks got blown over/ spilled whenever a gust of wind would happen

All units are updated, pools are clean and there are chairs available at the pool. Everyone at the resort was very nice and accommodating.
The biggest issue with this resort is the situation with the beach chairs. The first come first serve approach doesn’t work, the people at the beach told we to show up at 5 am if I wanted chairs. We are on vacation, no one wants to get up at that time. I ended renting chairs and umbrella every time we went to the beach. You really should have a reservation system that allows customers to get beach seats, this is Aruba we are there for the beach!

Great spot for families. We had a ground floor apartment with patio that was right by the pool so it was easy to switch between the room and pool area. Also great to have a kitchen and seating area. They also offered to bring us down to the beach with a golf cart which is great for families or travelers who are not mobile. Also great happy hour and daily activities!
Kitchen and sitting area could use some updates, but it did everything we needed. Just showed some wear and tear.
