The staff is excelent, the familiar way they make you feel save and special. They were allways taking care of me and what I might need.
Also like very much the pool area the rooms are very conftable and have every thing that one might need. The entrance, the Lobby, the bar area and the breakfast room the restaurant srea are very beautifull......every thing have being decorated with a very good taste. Thank you for your Kind way to providencia your services to the people.
The Beach area is small, and had the music very loud. The music came from the boats that were in front of the Beach and also from land, the bar that gives the service.
I hope you can improve that area, because the Hotel is very beautifull and the fact thst aldo have access to the Beach is wonderfull.. thank you

Located just next to the airport, you can watch plane take off and landing, but this doesn't bother your stay. Hotel is nicely done.
Room with the street view: there is no really a view but the room is super loud. You can hear music from bars at night and some drivers that need to show their ego with super loud cars. Really annoying. There is a light coming to the room from the hotels corridor through the gap between the doors and the frame. If you want to sleep in, you can't because from 9am onwards all you can hear is "housekeeping, housekeeping ".

I loved everything about it ! The bed was so comfortable! I didn’t want to get out of it. A great location. The pool was just beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.

Good location and property
The staff is un-organized during our 5-day stay our room was cleaned once after putting the sign on door and asking front desk to clean. When we took the issue to the manager instead of apologizing he pulled out a spreadsheet to go over cleaning. Very unprofessional.

Staff was great, very friendly and accomodating, the rooms very beautiful, very clean, and we love the beds, pillows.
Unfortunaly we had lots of loud noise from the bussiness in front of the Hotel until late night.

The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pool in the courtyard is also beautiful. Close to the airport. This would be great for 20-30 year-olds.
My wife did not have hot water in her shower. The soap and shampoo suspensors were nearly empty in the shower. One person waiting on tables. Had a very long wait for our food and bill (not the staff's fault), just too many people for one wait staff. No coffee/pastry (breakfast nook) for travelers in a rush. Had to go to the sit down restaurant and order coffee and stand there, but she had tables to wait on, too. Disorganized and inefficient.

Housekeeping was great, very clean and tidy. Shower and bathroom was also great. Hotel location is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Wifi didn’t work in my room at all.
Most of front desk staff was fantastic, except one day we almost missed dinner reservation because our taxi took very long time. Front desk staff said it always takes long on Fridays and she didn’t know when the car would come.

Great hotel with good amenities, big pool with chairs and limited breakfast included. Staff is super helpful and nice. Good location 5 min to the airport and across the street from the beach and bars, walking distance 20 min to downtown area with shops.

We had plumbing problems. The toilet had a hard time flushing on numerous occasions they were good to come in and plunge it for us when I asked. The mattresses were horrible, very uncomfortable and I woke up sore and hurting every morning. The pillows weren’t the best either our phone never worked and the TV system is horrible. We appreciated having a breakfast every morning, but it got very monotonous as the food was very tasteless and flavorless. Not used to having imitation milk and eggs. We would’ve liked to have more fruit and some butter. The hot tubs were never even warm let alone hot!

Relaxing atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, beach and city centre was in walking distance. Swimming pool was great to cool off and relax after a hot day exploring the island and breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Propety needs a bit of TLC.
