The grounds are beautifully maintained. The pool in the courtyard is also beautiful. Close to the airport. This would be great for 20-30 year-olds.
My wife did not have hot water in her shower. The soap and shampoo suspensors were nearly empty in the shower. One person waiting on tables. Had a very long wait for our food and bill (not the staff's fault), just too many people for one wait staff. No coffee/pastry (breakfast nook) for travelers in a rush. Had to go to the sit down restaurant and order coffee and stand there, but she had tables to wait on, too. Disorganized and inefficient.

Housekeeping was great, very clean and tidy. Shower and bathroom was also great. Hotel location is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance.
Wifi didn’t work in my room at all.
Most of front desk staff was fantastic, except one day we almost missed dinner reservation because our taxi took very long time. Front desk staff said it always takes long on Fridays and she didn’t know when the car would come.

Great hotel with good amenities, big pool with chairs and limited breakfast included. Staff is super helpful and nice. Good location 5 min to the airport and across the street from the beach and bars, walking distance 20 min to downtown area with shops.

We had plumbing problems. The toilet had a hard time flushing on numerous occasions they were good to come in and plunge it for us when I asked. The mattresses were horrible, very uncomfortable and I woke up sore and hurting every morning. The pillows weren’t the best either our phone never worked and the TV system is horrible. We appreciated having a breakfast every morning, but it got very monotonous as the food was very tasteless and flavorless. Not used to having imitation milk and eggs. We would’ve liked to have more fruit and some butter. The hot tubs were never even warm let alone hot!

Relaxing atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, beach and city centre was in walking distance. Swimming pool was great to cool off and relax after a hot day exploring the island and breakfast in the morning was delicious.
Propety needs a bit of TLC.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff is really helpful and nice. The location was great. It was a really nice and relaxing vacation.
The pool was a little dirty in the borders.
Also, we were told we couldn't purchase breakfast from the restaurant, and then we saw people doing that.

The pool ambiance
The staff was rude. There weren’t any towels available at check in and no wash towels available ever. The porch light didn’t work. The jacuzzi also didn’t work. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

Our room was spacious, cleaned daily, with a bathroom that fit all of our needs and felt relaxing, most importantly. It was also a wonderful surprise that the front desk staff gave us a room whose doors opened directly to the hotel pool, which was wonderful!
Free breakfast would have made it even better! I know this isn't always possible, but it feels like a "win", when one can get a healthy breakfast for free.
