Alquile el tráiler, tuvimos problemas toda la noche con el aire acondicionado, habían cucarachas y animales en el baño y dentro del tráiler, el aseo fue muy superficial y parecía sucio el piso, la luz del baño estaba malo y nos tocó bañarnos con una lámpara

Reviews I read said the bathroom was very clean but that was not the case when I was there. I think the shower was cleaned out once a week and the floors and sink and shower were often dirty. It was dirty for most my stay. There were no outlets in that reached the beds on top which was inconvenient and only one place to charge devices in the room. When I arrived to check in and for my stay, the older man was not welcoming.

Check in time 4 PM is very late. Way too quiet. I choose hostels for their unique vibes and to meet others. There was nothing but a living room with a TV and some old books.

The bathroom was good, but lacked hooks or shelf space for towels and toiletries. The room overall is sized like a mid-sized bedroom.

4 PM check-in is very late, considering more international flights arrive around noon. I had to wait 10 minutes outside of the hostel locked main door until a lady showed up after repeat calls and texts. She was nice but told me to come back at 4 PM. I had to walk back to city center (1.5 KM) to kill 2 hours and finally checked in at 4 PM. The owner/management should consider organizing some social activities for guests. It was pretty boring just to go to your room and sleep.

Bath tub was very slippery and I fell out of it and took the whole shower curtain down with me.Thankfully I wasn't hurt much. No TV Had some ant but was resolved quickly. Everything else good

Bathroom super tiny

Terrible wifi, the internet service itself kept cutting in and out. Rude male staff (the female staff were nice). Ants in the room (even though I had no food in there). Loud at night.

Got woken up by roosters at 5am. Non-stop roosters crowing. And I’m not a light sleeper. And the bathroom was very dingy. And I don’t have high standards at all. But mainly it’s the fact that I got woken up at 5am. Room was a former shipping container so no sound insulation.

It was lights out very early and no common area to hangout after they declared lights out at 11:30.

I don’t like that our luggage isn’t locked up or monitored by camera after we check out. What is stopping someone random from the street from coming in and taking our luggage?

They boasted that they had all of the cooking utensils in the kitchen yet there isn’t a single frying pan.

I have backpacked all around the world — staying in over 75 hostels and I have never been to a place with staff as aggressive as this or facilities as disgusting as this. I tried to message the property multiple times that I would be arriving early and they never responded. When I arrived, my taxi driver helped me carry my bags from the car and the woman working there yelled at me in Spanish for bringing an extra guest when it was just my taxi driver. Despite this being in Aruba, the workers speak no English or Dutch — only Spanish. The towel was filthy, my bed was covered in stains, and the walls in my room were covered in filth. There was no hot water, which it does not say in the description. There was hair and shavings all over the bathroom, and I know for a fact the room was vacated just minutes before I checked in. Everything smelled awful and the entire time I tried to sleep, I heard the workers chatting and watching TV in the living room. When I tried to leave, they tried to scam me! As I was walking out, a worker stopped me, telling me I hadn’t paid online (I had) and demanded $35 USD in cash from me. I had to argue with her and show her my bank statements showing I paid, and it wasn’t until I accused her of trying to scam me did she let me leave. At the end of this, she had the audacity to ask for a good review, so here’s your good review I guess. Please don’t book here, and especially please don’t let yourself get scammed as they will likely demand cash from you at checkout.
