The hotel grounds are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are comfortable and clean. Owners very friendly and attentive and easy to reach via Whatsapp should you need anything. Supermarket 5 min walk away.
The only thing with the place is that if you don't drive (like me), it's quite far away from everything (which I kind of knew from researching when I booked so that was my choice) There are no buses but if you're driving, I would say it's perfect for a quiet, chilled stay in beautiful surroundings. I would probably still go back just for a few days if I re visit Aruba.

We had a fantastic stay at Paradera! Debby and Henk were gracious, communicative, helpful and accommodating. We traded oceanfront for the luscious garden, relaxed and quiet atmosphere and boutique feel at Paradera and didn't regret it for a second. Our two bedroom was perfect for my husband and me, and our 5 year old. The pool was a hit, and so was Mambo the resident dog. Our hosts thought of *everything* from the app full of information and amenities, to restaurant and beach recommendations. Would 10/10 return and recommend.

The whole property felt like an escape. We loved the common areas around the pool, and the room was clean and well-organized. The owners, Hank and Debby, were very friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the beach chairs and cooler they brought us to use during our stay.

The property and rooms were nice, as shown in pics. Located in a residential community so transportation by taxi or rental car is required to get around to popular tourists areas. It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was very friendly.

Paradera Park is the best choice if you have a car. The apartment is super comfortable and the hosts are extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend it for families and friends.

The property is in a nice quiet area. The apartments are clean and large enough. The staff are really friendly. Although in the center of the island, it’s a small island so easy to get around. It would be worth hiring a car if you stay here. The pool area is beautiful and tranquil. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel was private and not crowded. It was away from the high rises and the crowds.
It was difficult to find initially but as there are few signs in Aruba, I understand why. Once you get to know the roads you understand this is the Aruban way. No worries! There were hidden charges that you find out about after booking. Also common.
