Some wonderful workers we have grown to like from coming a lot. There are some very rude female bartenders at the sea breeze. Not impressed. Need to fix this. Not you Shirley. Waitresses are great. Franklin your great.
They need to do something about the beach palapas system. People are getting up in the early morning hours and put their stuff at a palapas and leave. The young man comes at 6:30 for you to get a palapas. By that time there are none left because of this.

The property is beautiful, and easy to navigate. We stayed in a renovated studio suite, and it was roomy and comfortable. There were 3 pools to choose from, 3-4 restaurants and 2 pool bar/dining options, plus the Beach Bar across the street at beach. We ate at Bar Tapas, Mulligans, the Beach Bar and both pools and the food was great at all of them. I liked the location away from the high-rise hotels and boat traffic.
We had a beeping sound coming from the dehumidifier (we think). We asked at the front desk for someone to come fix it, and it was not taken care of. We didn't follow up as we sort of got used to the noise, and it didn't keep us awake. Another annoying thing - people will "hold" chairs at the pool (like on cruises) by clipping their towels to the chairs, and they are left unoccupied for hours. Apparently, there is supposed to be a two-hour limit on this, but it is not enforced.

Pools proximity to the beach . Great restaurants on site
The staff was ok and didn’t offer any extra information- for example we heard about the great restaurants from a freind . Some of the staff like the towel exchange personnel seemed absolutely annoyed and miserable.

The location and most of the staff. the facilities (pool, golf course,although the condition was horrible). Concierge was excellent. Mulligan's and Beachside resturants are very good.

The staff was very friendly.
The room was dirty, inpaticular the floors next to the walls were stained and had filthy build up. The walls next to light switches were dirty. One of the toilets didn't flush. The kitchen seemed old and in need of update.

Pools are nice and walking around is easy.
The staff. The lack of support for getting rides and room service. The rules of all inclusive vs just paying strait out. All your resort workers I feel are told to treat the all inclusive ppl like shit. Waited an hour for a burger and noticed mine had less food on it cause I was all Inclusive. Terrible won’t go back or recommend.
