Wonderful
Internet was perfect, storage excellent, the outlets for US plugins so plentiful. The place was so roomy, even the bathroom was big enough to put all our toiletries. The kitchen had a wonderful big fridge with ice and water in the door.. Inside was very quiet, had good sound proofing compared to other places. They were quite responsive with what's app. We stayed 20 days, took one all day tour, rode the city bus to the beaches north of the port, one day, and walked every other day, (usually to the port area & Surfside Beach). There's room to park a rental car, but we didn't have one.
When the taxi brought us, we weren't really sure that was the place, so we circled the block 3 times. Have an outdoor picture of it, so you know. We used the What's app to contact the host when we arrived, & it took 20 minutes to get inside. Maybe contact her the day before (as it was simple getting in once she did answer.) There's a few things that could be fixed like a lounger by the pool has a broken leg & curtains by the main door on #8 were kind of shabby. It took us a while to realize that for hot water in the shower turn it to 2 on a clock and wait a while. Everything wrong was minor & we really liked it.

- Location felt safe. Walking distance to Surfside beach, but you would want a car to get around the island.
- Self check in was straightforward.

- We didn’t cook, but the kitchen is fully stocked, so it would be easy to make meals
- AC works well
- Hot water and good water pressure
- Mattress was on the softer side and the furniture indoors was all patio furniture, but this wasn’t a big deal for us.

We were looking for a place closer to the Varadero Marina because we were working on our boat. We wanted cheap, a full kitchen, A/C, and room enough for organizing our bags and shopping we were doing, and a place to take a good shower and sleep well at the end of a long day at the boat yard. It was all of that. For our purposes, this property was fine. Good wifi, secure, clean, good parking, close to PriceSmart and airport, comfortable bed.
The room was very dark and dimly lit, it really needs new paint inside, (it looks like splotches everywhere on the walls), we didn’t have hot water for showers, it was warm at best. No coffee machine. It was fine for our purposes but I wouldn’t have booked this for a vacation stay.

Good and comfortable facilities, close to a beach, clean and basic kitchen utensils. The posibility of late check-out was a plus for enjoying our last day.
Remote check-in process through WhatsApp wasn't smooth, no answer despite writing them since early in the morning (10am). We just wanted to leave our luggage and return until official check-in time, but there was no one there to open the door. At the end we arrived at 2pm and waited in front (under the sun as no space for waiting is available), while they answered WS and allowed us to enter, not only to the condo but to our apartment, so everything was solved. Just a quicker answer will improve the experience.

Room was HUGE!! Very close to airport, vibrant colors, beautiful pool and affordable.
A bit of a difficult check in process as no one was there and wasn’t told where to pick up key.
But, a maintenance/contractor guy working on a room outside was able to help me.

The location is good. The towels were clean and the sheets also which I was happy about. Good warm water to shower.
Lots of broken stuff like furniture, weird stain on the wall in the bedroom. There was also a sofa in the living room broken. Curtains in the living room had stains.

We found that Cadushi Apartments met all of our needs for our vacation in Aruba. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had excellent A/C. The kitchen comes with the essential appliances and utensils you need to prepare your own food with small grocery shop in walking distance. Its also very easy to walk to the main street running through Oranjestad and Surfside Beach, saving you plenty of taxi rides, and there are a number of small restaurants within blocks. We didn't take advantage of the other amenities, such as breakfast, but the staff is very communicative over Booking.com and WhatsApp.
It can be confusing that the apartment uses a Plus Code rather what is considered a "standard address." So some taxi and delivery services would not accept online orders.
