What I liked most was the location and the neighbourhood. Walking distances to downtown Oranjestad, to minimarkets, restaurants and to the central busstation of Arubus.
You can even walk to Druifbeach.
Nearly all kitchen necesities are available in the aptm.
The owner Mr Samuel is very friendly and helpfull.
What I missed was soap for in the douche. And we had in first instance some difficulties with the Google tv. This was later on solved by the owner.

Location was good, if you search something not to expensive for a short break. Busses are close, and some local cuisine is close. And the dad of the owner was helpful. Did not meet the owner himself.
The curtains are bad, with a light on the outside of my window. At 3am it looked like it was daylight. I told him, and he would replace them with better ones. The shower is cold, and you can hear the other people flushing there toilets.

I had a great stay at A1. The apartment is comfortable and conveniently located, only a ten minute walk to town and to the bus station, for transport to any part of the island. The owner is very kind, helpful, and communicative. There is even a small pool, for a refreshing dip at the end of the day.. There is a decent supermarket around the corner. There is also a small gym nearby, but I walked 20 minutes to My Fitness, which has about 200 machines and very reasonable day and weekly passes.

The apartment was pretty big. The air conditioner was cool and it was close to downtown.
Some supplies are missing from the kitchen but the host provided it when I asked. No hot water, it didn't bother us but might for others.

I was in studio F upstairs with a double bed, microwave, kettle and coffee machine and a hot stove. Samuel, the manager is super nice and he showed me around the neighborhood in his car. It is a few blocks from downtown in a quiet area. I rented a bicycle and they delivered it at 10 am and picked it up at 4 pm on the last day. I booked it again for 2 more nights on December 29th. It is cheaper if you book directly online.
There is a concerto of roosters at 6 am so you start your day early.

The location was close to downtown and close to the bus terminal that takes you to the beaches. Towels were also provided which was nice. The Owner running the place is very nice and honest. He gave me good recommendations for food options, including an early Sunday breakfast spot that was key for me to catch my early flight.

It was close to downtown and the bus terminal. It was clean and the wifi worked great. Staff was exceptional. Sam picked me up from the airport and gave me some tips about getting around and some good spots to hang out. Very helpful.

Excellent location, very quiet and close to the flee market, food stalls, and the bus station. It’s also a 30 min walk to Divi Beach. Samuel, the owner and his family are very welcoming and helpful. The kitchenette has everything you need for cooking and two outdoor tables are big enough for 4 people each. If I come back to Aruba, I will definitely stay here again.

Met at airport by the very charismatic Sam who then showed me a impromptu tour of the capital and out to the tourist areas. Very convenient for buses to the pristine, albeit busy, tourist beaches and to the local bars and restaurants. Apartment had great communal area with delicious coffee!
Although outside their control very very noisy with local dogs abundant and very barky!!

Apartment located near the heart of downtown and conveniently close to many places like the bus stop, convenience stores, restaurants. Samuel and Laura were wonderful hosts and gave great advice on many things including how to economically hop to beaches and plazas via bus. Will surely stay here again.

The host is amazing! At the airport I realised that I forgot my jacket in the apartment. My flight was in one hour, so it was already too late for me to return. Luckily the host was so kind and willing to help, that he with his private car brought the jacket to me to the airport.

The place was awesome. We arrived at noon, and the reception was just great. They even let us into the room earlier than expected. The time it took to get us from the airport to the stay was just great. Samuel and Laura are the best hosts there are. He rented his car for us, upgraded our room for free, took some drinks with us, and gave us a lot of recommendations for activities. If you come to Aruba, THIS is the place to stay.

The customer service, location and price were great. The apartment where we stayed had all the necessary features for a short or long stay. The owner was very kind and even offered to lend us beach equipment at not cost.
The bathroom of our apartment needed some maintenance and it was small, but still was fine for us.

I liked a lot the host hospitality! Samuel is a great host. He picked us up at the airport, drove us around to show the city and took us to the airport at the end of the trip.
The accommodation is simple and there is no hot shower. The air conditioning is new and it works well. The rest is OK.
