Onsite restaurants and room service made it very convenient to get food anytime. Also property was spotless and staff was very welcoming!
Have a hard time finding something bad. If I had to pick something, would have liked better shade options at the chairs near the beach.

This place is simply beautiful and the service is impeccable. So many wonderful staff here that I cant name them all. They made our wedding anniversary trip unforgettable.
They started beach chairs rentals via the app which we weren't aware of. I wish it was communicated when we checked it as to when it will start.

The seclusion from the other resorts kept it nice and private for us. We enjoyed the spa technicians Valeria and Saldymar along with the amenities as well.
The Gelatos were out on our last two days…

Nice breakfast buffet - loved all the fruit! (Not included in the room rate) Beach is beautiful. Pool is nice. Room is comfortable.
Hotel is outdated. There were no common spaces to use after sunset. It took forever to get someone on the phone for room service. Friends in our group had plumbing issues! I was extremely disappointed given this is the Ritz - it's just way too expensive for just the hotel and 100% not worth the value. In their defense, they are going through a renovation - but then they should be either charging less or they should have compensated us well for all the issues. I would recommend the Marriott next door.

It was so easy getting a taxi when we needed one.

Gorgeous beach location, super friendly staff, awesome food at the hotel and within walking distance.
If you sit at the borderline with the public access, you could smell smoke.

The only thing I was dissapointed with was the pool was to quiet. When on vacation in a resort you need music by the pool.

It's private and low key. Not crowded
A nicer/larger bar area something thats open in the evdeningsother than the small one in lobby. Also their entertainment is not good.
