If peaceful, quiet, restful, economic and simple are your plans for Aruba, this place is for you. More "cottage like" our roomy 2 bedroom offered all the basics we needed. The pool is lovely, cleaned daily. The property offers privacy between apartments with plenty of seating. Ground floors are convenient! A car is a must for beaches and large shopping which is always 30 minutes away whichever direction. Walkable to fast-food and various stores. Location is industrial/low residential however, no negative issues encountered whatsoever ?. Very safe. The gentleman who manages is absolutely wonderful. He attends to every need, request, and or something to fix. The place is old but looked after. His name is Harley; he's a kind and caring person. This complex is ideal for long term stays. Laundry on site.

They tried to charge me 500 for a wall stand that fell down by itself. Claims the tv is broken and its not.
You cannit reasin with their management in booking
After 20 yesrs and genius level 3 on booking i have not come across this behavior.
Wifi is terrible. So you will need a local sim card.

The location was perfect for those with a car (a must) and the price was excellent. We had several issues with the AC and safe not working but this was remedied when requested. It was quiet and very safe. The stove and refrigerator worked well. The staff are very responsive. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space.
Our apartment needs an a little update and a thorough cleaning to remove stains on the walls and ceilings. The bathroom is small and fixtures are falling off the walls. The whole place needs more lighting. Each place needs a few more towels. Especially as water gets everywhere when you shower, even if you are very careful. If you are used to a very clean apartment, pick up some cleaning supplies at the Super Do It Center. We loved that place.

it is 10 minutes to everwhere ..
First, nobofy welcomed our, there was nobody waiting for us to show our room or facility..When we first opened the door, it was cockroaches everywhere.The shower curtain was dirty, there was no hot water (fixed in our 3rd day) , kitchen utensil was joke! Pans were full of scratches and rust that we couldnt use! We stayed 7 days and not even one time they change our sheets or clean the room. There was only this gentleman whom we coyld reach only by phone, first day he said he would come, he didnt, second day i asked him to come down sinve there was no hot water , he said he would come in 10 minutes. He ended up showing after 1 hour! and we missed the sun set ..

The property was clean and quiet
The only con was no face towels were offered and no iron. I was told by the property manager that no iron is offered due to fire hazard but there’s a gas stove and oven which could be a fire hazard as well so no iron makes no sense.

Disappointing
The pool area is pretty. There was always parking available. And although the water was touchy, having a hot shower was nice.
The Wi-Fi was pretty bad and did not work very frequently, and if it did, it was intermittent or slow. Other guests at the property were loud and playing music, some kids were playing in the pool at like 7 AM… and I do have a son who is eight but we were still trying to adjust to the time change. So having pool hours maybe 8 AM seems a bit more reasonable or have guests keep their kids a little quieter for others. I’m not sure if the staff is on scene all of the time. The rooms were a bit outdated, the bed for me was extremely uncomfortable. My back hurt quite a bit.

The location was 5 min drive to the beach. Close to restaurant and grocery stores. The accommodations were very good…clean and beautifully landscaped. Great little pool to cool off. Property manager Arley was very accessible and tended to our needs right away. Bed was comfortable, tv and wifi worked great! Highly recommend this place!

Situated in a quiet area. All the apartments lead to a common patio with a pool. The patio is great to relax and take a swim. The staff was very nice. The pool and quiet location makes great for families with little ones
