Large suite with cooking facilities. Fairly well equipped. Good coffee machine available 24 hours.
Our first floor room was rather dark and had no real view. It did have a small porch that was adjacent to the parking lot. Having the door open made the room feel less claustrophobic. We didn’t realise that they had better rooms as I think none were available at the time of booking. Had we realised that, we might have chosen a different spot.

My room at the Peninsula Riverside apartments was exceptional. It was spacious comfortable and its facilities excellent. The bed was comfortable the bathroom and shower excellent and if you wanted you could cook in your room or walk a short distance to several restaurants and a hotel. The location is perfect for site seeing and enjoying the panoramic view of the city across the beautiful swan river. You can leave your vehicle there and catch a ferry across the river to experience the city or from there catch a train anywhere in Perth.
I was held up for at least three lift rides waiting for the staff to bring down the laundry. Other than that small inconvenience nothing to report.

issues with TVs advertise satellite TV but nothing could not even connect my own netflix. also none in the bedroom. Went to goodguys tpo but my own TV and hot spotted from my phone.

honestly, the place is really great. had my own private courtyard and only had to walk out the front to take in an amazing view of the river and city.
i was greeted upon arrival by a very friendly and polite staff member who made the experience very warm and welcoming.
will absolutely be staying with you again!

Wonderful
Location, location, location. This is what makes this place so special. It's across the Swan River and so so easy to reach by ferry and then you are rewarded with fantastic views of the Perth skyline but also vast green parklands. There is a supermarket 3 minutes away and the room has everything to cook although their are plenty of places to eat and drink. Why stay "inside" a concrete city when for a 8 minute ferry ride you can be in a much better spot. The room was clean and the staff very helpful. Forget the "corporate" hotels and stay here.
Not a lot. The water pressure in the shower was massive and care is needed because the water temperature is very sensitive from warm to scalding!!

Fantastic location, so much nicer than staying in Perth and so convenient. Very comfortable and roomy apartment. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Voucher for nearby cafe was an unexpected bonus!

Spacious accommodations with great convenience. Free coffee machine and lounge near reception. Very easily accessible to the river, South Perth cafes and shops and the ferry over to the city side.
The décor is dated however, the apartments are very well looked after and maintained which makes up for the dated look.

Perfect location 3 minutes walk to ferry to go to the city, clean and spacious.
No smart tv just the old style flat tv with dvd player, not good enough for 2025, it’s a little thing but unwinding after along day it’s important and not just watching local channels.

guest lounge area was terrific with seating TV and toilet complimentary coffee
also storage of luggage for a few hours was very convenient
lights in walkway was bright through curtain all night, heavier blockout curtain on window would be great.
Carpark was too tight with cars parking too close and door opeing on our car

The room with the balcony with the view of the park in front and the view of Perth City skyline is definitely a bonus.
2 minutes walk to Mends Street Jetty where you can take a ferry to go to Perth CBD
The room, the kitchen, the toilet are spotless clean.
Staffs are friendly and helpful. We had a good chit chat with Ruby.
The lounge with a coffee machine is an added advantage. It even has a shower.
After check out and you have a flight at night, you can leave your luggages at the reception if you still want to go somewhere else and come back to have a rest at the lounge or take a shower before go to the airport.
Seriously nothing.

The location is brilliant and the staff are very friendly & helpful. The guest lounge is great, especially the unlimited coffees from the machine.
The bathroom was off one of the bedrooms, which we didn't like as we were a family group. The bathroom itself was a bit tired and in need of renovation.

Location was excellent for what we wanted. Close to the City (short ferry ride away), but the benefits of being a quiet residential neighbourhood.
Roll away bed would benefit from new mattress!
