Wonderful riverfront location, pleasant walks, close to excellent restaurants,supermarkets. Easy access to city with relaxing,regular ferry service.
Some small amounts of noise would be transmitted from upper floor apartments. Inevitable in a concrete structure like the peninsula,but not a problem

The family rooms master bed is comfit, hot water is hot, water pressure is good.
We can hear the upstairs and water running from other rooms, carpets has set off our asthma.

Very well appointed and it had a nice new fitout. Great location so close to the beach, the headland walk and cafes. Exceeded my expectations.
Would have been nice to have an outdoor seating area. There was one but it was right beside the rubbish bins and not great for an evening drink at dusk, or outside dinner.

Sound proofing or lack of. You can hear every movement of guests above the room, from walking around to opening kitchen doors or cupboard slider.

Very good location. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Ferry to CBD every 30 minutes or so. The room is spacious.
The property needs an upgrade. The shower is very small. The car parks can be very inconvenient depending on which room youre staying. The secured parking spots are very limited

Cleaners did an excellent job, we can back to nicely cleaned rooms every second day.
Certain visitors which looked long term, running around make loud noise until early in the morning. I was sure I booked a balcony but there wasn't one, I more than likely made a mistake, but it soured my stay a little bit.

A very convenient location to the shops, restaurants and ferry. Plenty of brochures available and amenities were good including parking.
A nice area and a comfortable stay.
Allocated the wrong room initially on day one and couldnt access our correct room on day 2. A little management issue?
Also needs a bit of general maintenance to keep to a standard.
