The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are compact but clean and well set out. The bathroom is large and very modern.
The pillows are too firm. Each person has the choice of 2 pillows but they only vary in size and not firmness. A softer pillow was necessary for a good nights sleep.

Staff were obliging in accessing our room early. The hotel bar is good. We had a heritage room which gave access to the hotel balcony. Great to have outdoor space. Great location, walk throughout cbd and Kings Park very close. Free CAT buses are great.
Used room service tray from another room sat in the hallway for at least ten hours.
Heritage room above bar was a bit noisy but not a big deal.

Overall bedroom was clean and stylish with an excellent bathroom and good tea/coffee facilities.
Frayed tatty supposed black out blinds to shelter us from the hallway to other rooms did not actually give privacy and the light shone through so also made it difficult to sleep. It was raining and the window leaked in a considerable amount of water soaking the carpet and our bag got wet (luckily was water proof). Lift shaft very noisy so again disturbed sleep. Staff felt like they were going through the motions, no real concern when we reported the water leak.

Nice rooms n bathroom
Transparent glass for the bathroom also apparently the steam from the bathroom can set off the smoke alarm n if it does u get a $750 fine which is ridiculous and also the way they charge u for the room is inconvenient because the money gets taken out of ur account twice n u have to wait for one transaction to come back and who knows how many business days you have to wait

The room was a good size with everything you would need for a few nights stay. Great restaurant and cafe there. Staff were lovely and went out of their way to help us.
Location was a bit further away from where we would normally stay, but the walk probably did us some good.
