I love the location , the staff where friendly and we really appreciated the beautiful birthday gift that was left in the room as it was my wife birthday, the room was a good size and clean and comfortable
Although the room was comfortable and clean I felt it a little over priced for what it was, we had booked the buffet breakfast and again felt it was over priced for the quality of the food and felt if the coffee was included it would of been much better value given we paid an extra $12 on top of the $78 for two, if I stayed again i honestly would pass on the breakfast.

Fire Alarm at 11:30pm no staff on site to verify status. - Groups of sleepy persons gathered and no staff to assist.
When alarm stopped we all just went back to bed

The meal at the Brewery restaurant was not the greatest. The salad was bitter lettuce with a sauce on top and the chips were just warm. The fish had a very thick batter.

It was very clean but the bedroom floor needs a good clean! Shame to have dirty feet when you get into beautiful white sheets :)

We had a number of problems, they were addressed but it was inconvenient.
There are a lot of bugs that get into the room & not just flies. There is a large gap around the exterior door.
The hotel is on the fly pattern for the airport so if you are sound sensitive and/or light sensitive this is not the place for you. They do provide ear plugs so clearly they are well aware of the sound issues.
The facility really is not a resort, there is no pool, no fitness room & no facilities for overnight guests outside of your hotel rm.
Check in staff is only okay.
Also & most importantly the hotel mgt emailed me the afternoon before check out asking if there was anything that needed correcting & requesting I give them 10's in my review

Absolutely loved the location and the fact that the houses was in a vineyard. The room was cozy and comfortable. The showers and amenities were nice.
Nothing much! Wished there was a small discount for wines from Mandoon estate or some bites for free, as part of the room’s experience.

Lovely location and room was modern and tidy with good amenities.
The ac was loud and the continuous planes coming over throughout the evening until the early hours of the morning and then starting back up about 5am not very relaxing. Maybe better sound proofing? Or making people aware during the week that this is the case.

Loved property and facilities, staff great too
I came off night shift and asked to check in a bit earlier but unlike most places wanted to charge an extra $75 - I was leaving at 4.30 am the next morning but quite happy to still charge me extra.
