The breakfast was great and multiple options available. The view was fabulous and the room a very comfortable size.
There was a very strong musty smell of dampness, leaking water? The lobby was sad with much needed maintenance required. We were unable to check in to our room until 3.15pm. We arrived at 1 40 and the staff member said she would prioritize our room from 30 mins to 1 hr check in. Instead it was past the usual check in time. I had to ask 3 times and was sitting in front of the staff on seating and no clients around for the majority of time. Could they not just advise me or be honest about what was going on. It was our wedding anniversary so a bit of a sore point.

The food and service was excellent
The hotel was cold, people at breakfast were dressed like they had just come off a mountain. The default room temp was 20 which I turned up and then found it reset during the night when I woke up freezing. Supposed to be a warm winter break not a camping trip

Great location. Great sunset from the balcony.
Some construction happening, so pool not open. However they are improving the facilities so guests receive free access to the open air heated pool 2 mins walk away. Didn’t really inconvenience us.

I booked a room for my sister in law as she came for a wedding. We had to upgrade as room was awful- low and faced the vacant pool under repair. I asked for good sea views. The staff then upgraded but we had to pay extra off course for her to have a proper sea view. Not happy as think it’s very expensive for what you get. I could’ve got her a suite with kitchenette at Ramada up the road!
The view onto the refurbished swimming pool was awful. It looked like zombie land. After we requested for sea view. We had to pay to move her to another room

Great staff, great location, excellent breakfast! The staff were really helpful with letting me know how to get a smartrider and use the public transport around Perth. Oh and they gave me a free upgrade and free early check-in! I’m really grateful.
Only thing was when I phoned up to ask for a toothbrush/toothpaste, they took the better part of an hour to get it to me, and only after 3 calls!

Staff are absolutely AMAZING!
Daniel at the front desk was an absolute delight. My partner and myself had an outstanding professional and informative interaction with Daniel upon arrival, kicking off a beautiful stay in a beautiful room with an amazing priceless view. Room service staff and chef we absolutely 10/10!! Thank you everyone! We always enjoy our stays.
