Fairly large apartment close to the river and many attractions The view from the 27th floor was magnificent. Interesting security: touching a key to a lift button gives a choice of only selected floor and then directs to one of very fast and silent lifts. Despite many events around, pretty quiet. Well equipped kitchen. No breakfast but many places available nearby, including grocery stores.

Bedroom windows are right underneath the advertising sign on external building which glows like a nuclear reactor when you’re trying to sleep. Needs some proper black out blinds installed. The holding deposit still hasn’t been released and it’s been over a week since the stay it is archaic to hold someone’s deposit for that long post visit.

cleanliness was awesome and the staff were really nice.
we were given an after hours access card for the carparking and when we used it at 230 am to go to the airport it did not work. We couldn't get our car. Stress. Frustration. Eventually got in after 45 minutes when we saw a security guard by chance inside the carpark.

The Quest West End was chosen because of other customer reviews, its location was perfect for our requirements, and it was value for money, it came right in our holiday budget, so we got far more than we expected. Close to Bus and train station so we could easily get transport around and visit our son and family. Needed easy access to bars and restaurants, of which there were lots. The main shopping area is 10 minutes' walk away, supermarkets close by. All in the perfect location for us. Kings Park and Elizabeth Quays all within easy walking distance. Free RED CAT bus stops very close by. Jess and her team of front of house people were excellent, we felt very valued as clients, every one found time to chat and wanted to get to know us, and ensure our stay was to a very high standard. Keep it up guys you were great. Probably one of the best experiences we have had. We usually stay in hotels but we needed a full apartment with the flexibility to suit our needs, The Quest West End met all our expectations and exceeded them. The ladies who serviced the apartment were superb. it was left clean and spotless every time, if we needed anything they gave us the items quickly. Overall, we it was a great stay. Thank you
The only thing I wish I had done was to request an apartment on a higher floor. There was a little bit of traffic noise. Perth work day starts early so people were commuting early. We knew and understand this, so it was expected. But really it was not a problem for us in the 11 nights we stayed. Not the Quest West End fault though at all. Next time we stay I will know what to ask for. Yes, we will go back.

Conveniently located, very near to eateries and shops in the CBD area. However you can tell the property is a bit dated, but nonetheless clean and well maintained. Room size is quite decent if you are traveling with families.
