big large comfortable beds , rooms very clean , fantastic restaurant in the building
aircon needs to be cleaned , turned it on and the whole apartment smelt like cigarette smoke . we could not use the aircon as the smell was so bad , had to open the windows and door to try and get the smell out . Also found a cigarette butt under the bed . clearly there were smokers in the room before .

Property is in a great location and the bed and room are always comfy and welcoming. Staff are always friendly too.
Bathroom was extremely dirty, mould all over the drain area, grout etc. was also smelly.

Room was nice and spacious. Staff were all friendly and professional.
We were booked into a disability accessible unit. The shower only has a curtain. And it doesn’t go all the way to the floor resulting in the bathroom floor being soaked all the time. Definitely not safe especially not for a disabled person. The curtain also sticks to your body when you’re in the shower.

Self-sufficient apartment with everything you need. Close to restaurants and not far from the city centre. Quiet and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
