I liked almost everything was annoyed that I requested a balcony but no options were given to me at the time. Saying it was subject to availability, if I had known sooner I wouldve booked elsewhere.
That I didnt get a balcony upon my booking. When I asked for one they told me they had no rooms left. However my family and I looked online and found heaps available. I wasnt given an option for upgrades especially when we were there for my birthday.

Facilities such as the gym and free laundry services were great. Location super convenient to both the main shopping street airport. Close to grocery stores is handy too.
Very clean and tidy. Rooms cleaned 6 days per week. Kitchen amenities suitable for short stays when you dont eat out.
Staff are ok. They do what they need to but dont expect anything beyond the minimum.

Location is excellent. I didnt realise I requested a quiet room but I did request a car park which was unavailable on our arrival. Laundry facilities were great when machines werent already occupied.
Car park was unavailable for first three days of our stay. There was no means of getting fresh air into the room, definitely need to be able to open or shut a window. Waiting for a good hour or more to use washing facilities.

The man at reception was rude. Due to a fire on 2nd floor no lifts worked. Had to walk up stairs to 6th floor which were not lit up which was very dangerous. Wasnt offered a discount rate because of it just told to cancel if I didnt want to stay. My daughter in law had to find alternative accommodation because of knee surgery and cant climb any stairs because of crutches. I wont stay again

Location
We stayed there for a week and there was fire alarm on two days. One during midnight while we were asleep. And the second fire alarm was horrible. Two floor got flooded. Lift wasnt working. We had so much planned and had to climb the 11th floor. We even had to remove our luggage to storage and it was such an horrible scenario taking our stuffs up and down from 11 th floor. Further, the next day when we were about to leave, the lift was still not fixed. Again, we had to take our luggage down. Extremely horrible . We paid $200 per day not to experience this

Wonderful property, tidy room
Ally (front desk girl) was fantastic and made our stay wonderful and went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. There was however an inexperienced front desk worker who perhaps needs to work on his English skills as there were confusions

Upon arrival on Saturday, the receptionist was cold and disregarded my question around paying for parking, considering we I aheld a conference there, stayed there 3 times prior, sent my staff to stay there and the franchisees from mandurah also stayed there. She was a little rude. No acknowledgement from her as she was on the phone, she could have looked up and smiled or something. Other staff were much better. (she was pregnant I guess she is entitled to be rude right)
I didnt like not having my room cleaned over the weekend. I was sick and needed fresh towels and although I could have called for some, I couldn't be bothered after my experience at the front desk. Bed and pillows.

The room was lovely, clean with a comfy bed. Location was good. The parking was in the next door building, not many short term parking bays for check in and out.
