We had a generous sized 2-bed apartment with a spacious balcony. Views were nice. Sound proofing was great. Staff were very helpful especially when leaving baggage. Location is good because the free buses just outside make exploring easy.
Two lifts, one of which has been broken for a while, and no service lift. At times the wait for the lift took forever while staff service rooms and take linen/dirty linen between floors and guests head down to check out. Not great.
Carpets feel grimey and old.

The location was pretty good.
The staff member at check it was extremely rude he claimed the booked was wrong and told me to call booking.com. But once I showed him the email from Quest he started to act nice it was really unprofessional. I would never stay there again from the stress he gave us.

The hotel is in an excellent location and offers great value for the price. The rooms were consistently clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and tried their best to assist us throughout our stay.
We experienced significant facility issues. We had to change rooms multiple times due to a leaking boiler and subsequent loud vibrations/noises from the plumbing that made it very difficult to sleep. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service for the duration of our 9-night stay, which caused long wait times in an 18-story building.

Great stay as it has become a home away from home stay each month for work.
Staff are exceptional with their help, support and customer services, always checking if there is an free upgrade upon my arrival which is totally unexpected but I am most grateful for all of their efforts.

Is a very transactional hotel, especially from the front desk. Doesn't feel welcoming but just gets the process complete and done with.
We travelled with two toddlers and stayed for 3 nights. We had a late flight out hence requested for a slightly late check-out. Day 1 upon check-in, we asked for late checkout on the last day, but the front desk simply ask us to request on the last day itself. Day 2 - we put up the same request just so we can plan our route accordingly, still the same response. Last day, 8am, we called the front desk, guess what, within the split seconds, the front desk without checking thru the system just said " today is the weekend and we have limited house keeping resources, so NO, you cannot request for late check-out".
I believe the outcome can be better managed if they let us know when our check-out date is weekend and is a definite no. It allows us, as travellers, to better manage our timing and day plan. in the end, they had kindly "extended" by an hour.
Will I revisit the Quest branch across the region in the future? Thanks but NO thanks.
