Good value for money, friendly staff and a great place to stay
Whilst they are under refurbishment there was no bottle shop or restaurant (were told about this prior to booking, so no issue) - loved that they compensated by providing breakfast in the room and coffee vouchers - nice touch!

It's not our first stay here and we keep returning because it is usually place close enough to where our appointments or social activities are. We are also happy to be out of the City. The breakfast provided was more than adequate as because we are an older couple we don't require a large breakfast.

Room was ok, and the issue with the TV was fixed faster than they said it would be.
WiFi did not work at all first 2 days and I gave up after that. TV wouldn't work at all for first 2 days, bin in room wasn't emptied first 2 days. I was in a wheelchair accessible room (all that was available), the only place to put my suitcase was at the end of the bed in the walkway through to bathroom. For anyone needing wheelchair access there was nowhere to put suitcase and still access the room. Staff member at reception when I arrived was rude and dismissive, then told me I was rude when I tried to explain they had made an incorrect assumption. I understand that the place is undergoing renovations, but this needs to be made clearer when booking.

The room was clean and spacious.
Secure and close parking. Excellent value.
They were supporting other local businesses.
Location has easy access to the airport without being in the airport strip of hotels.
Great Thai Restaurant next block up.
Surprisingly quiet, considering proximity to construction of train station.
