The room was ok. Air con/ heating
The whole entire basin moved from ground, the base not attached and basin. Told them they didn't care.
Shower pressure bad.
Room not cleaned properly dust under bed on top of bed head board. Floors were sticky. Partner cleaned floors with a wet towel.
You don't get what you pay for. Rooms are small.
Staff are rude and unhelpful when you need help. They're just happy to take your money.

Cancelled my booking as soon as I looked at the rooms. I wouldn't even leave my dog there they rooms were so dark and cramped compared to the picture they show.
When we pulled up we saw people with ankle bracelets, which told us this was emergency accommadition with criminals. Then saw the room and they were the pits. I don't even know how this place is aloud to rent out its rooms. We asked for money back which was a hassle and then went to stay at another place. If I was you I would never book to stay at this place. When talking to the Manager he said they weren't criminals. Well thats weird maybe its a new fashion to wear an ankle bracelet. But be worned they only have the one picture for a reason, and it's not even real.

The manager did not give me back my drivers license after check in and refuses to do anything to get it to me. Disgraceful.

I liked that the property was close to thornlie square.
I didnt like the attitude of the receptionist.
It was a rude welcoming like she just could not be bothered with dealing with you.
The walls were dirty.
There was people coming in from the streets with blankets to the back door.
The receptionist modified our booking without or knowledge or permission. Blamed booking.com, to which we called and confirmed it wasnt booking.com that it was the lady at reception. She wouldnt answer the phone for booking.com to sort it out. So we had to call and give her the phone ourselves.
She was very unapologetically rude. Wouldnt stay there again.

The only thing I liked was the young receptionist who tried to make a horrible situation slightly better. SHe tried but there's not much you can do when the rooms are infested with bed bugs
The owners clearly knew that Room 6 was infested with bed bugs, though they pretended that was a surprise when I complained. It wasn't a surprise at all as previous reviews months earlier went to show. I lay on the bed for 2 hours and was covered in ultra painful bites. I managed to kill a few of the little beasts, levaing big bloody splodges on the linen. I daresay that won't be washed. Spent the rest of the night flicking them away as they tried to bite. This was all after the first night where I was forced to sleep on a chair outside because the staff had not left the room key in the key box because they claimed they didn't have a mobile phone with which to send me a message for the keybox PIN. Due to my flight being delayed, I arrived just after midnight. Standard protocol is to use the keybox if no staff present. Not even an apology, just the manager making excuses. Probably best - the bed bugs would have had a much bigger feast... I asked for a refund of $500 and got nothing - not even an apology. Shameless.

It was a nice quiet and comfortable room.
The base of the shower had a bad leak, which would run into the bedroom if you didn't have a towel or something set on the floor.

Poor security, door locks were old and of poor quality, furniture was old and deshivelled, shower was leaking and dripping.

Dirty no windows poor quality fit out... Seemed like a storage room changed to bedroom.. had to put jug on floor to use it water was almost non existent hot water took a few minutes to work and only for short time before going cold

Friendly welcoming staff. We were given an extra night for free because other guests in the room next door were arguing all night and we got no rest. Those guests were quickly dealt with first thing in the morning. Our stay has been pleasant and I would definitely stay here again. Thankyou to all the management and staff.
