We had to wait 3 days to receive our money back. Furthermore, the price between booking and accommodation was not the same.
It is stated that the car park is secure. So we paid and the next morning our stuff was stolen.
The staff were friendly but not responsive.

i liked the size of the apartment. it worked for the 4 of us that needed to use it that night. had a nice shower and loved that it had a kitchen to use. we made sure to wash our dishes and wipe down the table after using it.
the big bed was so hard and had 2 levels. the kids had no complaints about their beds but hubs and I were struggling and didnt sleep very well. i didnt like that I tried to book the room at one price, it then disappeared and I found it 5 mins later at a different price $100 more. we were texted and asked when we would be arriving no issues. then I should have taken it as a bad sign when I was rung and asked if I wanted to switch rooms to a room with 2 singles and a fold out couch and no offer to down grade the price. was only informed that I had to pay a refundable deposit after paying for the room (still havent received it back and it was $300) then was informed it was at a completely different location to what was advertised. it felt more like an air bnb booking than a hotel booking. i texted to ask about when our deposit would be returned and was told Id hear from them the next morning and still havent heard from them. we left the place almost how we found it, rubbish in the bin, dishes washed and used towels in the bathroom. we only needed a hotel due to our plans having a major circumstance change and were currently $300 extra out of pocket. one would assume if you check out on the Tuesday your deposit would be returned by the weekend.

The location was close to where we needed to go. The police presence for the two nights we stayed made us feel a little more secure following the stabbing that occurred shortly before our arrival.
The apartment was dirty with the floor unclean and sticky. The kitchen cupboard door would not close properly. There was dried blood in the shower and mould on the edging. Rubbish is was found behind the toilet.

The place is loud. Theres people fighting. You do not feel safe there. The staircase smells horrible. Just overall a very poor experience. I was asked to send my license photo and payid a 300dollar bond as well which I obviously wasnt comfortable doing

Lifts didnt work which wasnt practical with young family a lot of locals hanging around in the stairwell taking drugs and stood outside the apartment door looking in when we opened the apartment door . No help or refund provided for this when asked offered us another apartment to stay in but wanted an additional $300 a night which is ridiculous. Luckily we booked with credit card so we went through them for a refund as booking.com were also very unhelpful and didnt seem to understand what I was saying on the phone. Massively mis sold and not suitable for young families.

Room wasn't cleaned sufficiently before our stay, there was a cigarette butt in the window sill, Manager pinned it on us and kept our deposit of $300, Manager also claimed that a cleaner and 2 supervisors went over the room and he claims it was clean but it wasn't at all, I even used a uv light on my keychain and it was bad, DO NOT STAY HERE google 'eddie kamil' and you'll see all you need to see about this scam artist

Nice central location close to most things in perth
Venue is run down, hallways between rooms reaked of cigarettes, and a $300 security bond that doesn't get returned even after you try and contact the staff 2 weeks later it has now been 5 weeks and no refund
