Disappointing
Polite staff, with a lovely luxurious scent and ambience in the lobby.
The room had an empty minibar, and despite there being two adults on the booking, only one bottle of water was provided on the first night.Housekeeping was also inconsistent — after cleaning the room the next day, they only returned the robe and tissue box later, and forgot to replace the floor towel.

The reception staff were lovely. Carol made our staff exceptional. I had to unexpectedly leave one day into my 7 day stay and the staff were remarkably helpful.
