The new renovated rooms are beautiful. Very friendly staff, received a drink voucher on arrival. Bars were great.
The new water station. While I completely understand not providing plastic bottles in the room for sustainability. Having only one water station in the lobby and not providing any cups or bottles (unless you paid $8) is a bit disappointing. Maybe suggest that people bring their own bottles to fill.

About a 15/20 min walk to central city shopping. This hotel is closer to the causeway, but that's the only downside

The upgrades in decor have really improved the comfort and impression of the hotel. Our room was exactly as it is shown on the website. I loved the Jo Loves bathroom products, along with the bathrooms decor upgrade(marble) really elevated the bathroom experience. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The hotel advertised soundproofing however I don’t believe this is exactly correct. As there was a lot of banging which could be heard from outside or downstairs ??? Also voices in the foyer. While they offer a range of pillows it was hard to find a soft one. However these are small mentions in an over all lovely stay.
