Very friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great value for money.
The lighting in the rooms was terrible. Not such an issue for us as we didn't spend much time there, but it was difficult finding things in our bags due to the low lightinh.

Nice room.
Great shower!
Room was very cold as centra heating not working. Room came with old floor heater which barely took chill off.
Sound proofing in unsuited poor as it was possible to hear voices from next room.
Hotel is showing its age with painting required and a number of other imperfections needed.
Tv boasted Foxtel, yet many programs not being available due to band width.

The room and facilities was nice just alright for the money we pay having a two bed in one bedroom. Clean and comfortable.
Just pricey for a night probably but with the room provided it is ok.

Very close to shopping & the river front, cafes. Clean room. Great service by reception staff.
Room window may need cleaning from the outside for residents to enjoy the views outside. Mattresses might need updating.
