We were in apartment 204 (1 bedroom). Apartment was large, comfortable, and very clean. Full kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, and all the necessary plates, utensils, pots and pans. Living room area with couch and TV. Bedroom was arranged with 2 single beds (per our request) with plenty of pillows and comforters. Very comfortable beds. AC worked great. Bathroom is huge and clean. There was also a washer and dryer. Parking is a secure lot behind gate. Location is walking distance to CBD - so great location too. They have a pool and tennis courts which we did not use - but also looked great. Definitely recommend.
It would have helped if the apartment came with a normal fridge instead of a mini fridge.

I had high hopes based on the listing, but this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The room was filthy from the moment we arrived it felt generally unclean. It was also unbearably hot inside because the air conditioner barely worked; it was ineffective and made sleeping miserable in the heat.
To make matters worse, we were hit with an unexpected extra charge of $300 on our bill for some unknown reason. No explanation was provided, and now we're stuck wasting time trying to dispute and resolve it.
The advertising was misleading, too. It claimed both pools were available and usable, but the "public" one was tiny—barely bigger than a bathtub—and completely underwhelming. The main big pool was closed to short-term visitors/guests like us anyway, so we had zero proper pool access despite it being promoted as a key feature.
Overall, false advertising, poor maintenance, unexpected charges, and a hot room made this a very frustrating and overpriced stay. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The property is in an excellent location, walking distance to shops, pubs and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Air con inside the room was spot on and this is crucial for a summer trip to Perth. Overall the place is great value for money and was ideal for our 5 night stay. The

It was very quiet and the room was great with good facilities.
The doona was a bit too warm as the room was not cold. Probably a blanket and a lighter doona would have been better to give customers a choice of warmth. That's just me personally though.

Staff were exceptional, professional and accommodating. We were visiting Perth for a fitness competition and the venue was a stones throw from our stay at Nesuto. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was brilliant.

Easy to access and parking available + very comfortable bed + apartment style. All 3 staff I interacted with were fabulous! Upon check-out I said I hadn't be able to enjoy breakfast due to fasting for medical appointment, I was offered a "packed take-away breakfast" for later whilst I declined this thoughtful an unexpected.

Very comfortable bed. Living and dining areas were good. Bathroom was fine with a shower not over a bath that we asked for. Easy to use washing machine and dryer. Able to purchase frozen meals. Buffet breakfast was fine. Staff were excellent.
No instructions how to use electric hotplate. Needed a tray to heat frozen pizza in oven.
