Good
Nice big room and bed, quiet and still on the main highway.
Decent restaurant and bar that serves a hot breakfast as well as cereal.
Nice and close to the city and South Perth parks, and right on a bus stop if that floats your boat.
tasty food from the restaurant.
Beds were not to my liking as a bit hard.
No original browns percolated coffee chills in the vending machine.
No lamb shanks on the menu like most of WA its a pama and fish n chips or expensive steak

The room was very nice plenty of room!
We found needles on the balcony and people was smoking weed setting the alarm off at 2am for full evacuation

Easy to find
Most of reception staff were unfriendly, there was one kind gentleman. Even though I requested later check out due to delays caused by bad weather conditions the staff literally ushered me out of my room and were not happy that I waited in reception for my taxi . It was freezing and pouring with rain. Dinner the night before was awful and ice cold when served.
