Location. Once worked out buses, very good location. Bus stop right in front. Walk city via bike paths 2.8km one way.
Nice coffee/breakfast place close by. Same block..
Will stay there again.if back in Perth

Units were all freshly painted and clean. All facilities catered for. Great location, near restaurants, close to the city and the freeway network. Lovely and quiet at night (but isn't Perth quiet at night anyway?). Ample on-site parking. And a great cafe a few hundred metres away. I'd stay here again. Great rates as of 10/23.

I asked for a hairdryer and it was promptly delivered, our daughter sent us a beautiful gift pack for our 50th wedding anniversary and someone has entered our room and left it for us as a surprise, so thank you for going beyond your duty for us.
The TV was a little strange as it was fading in & out it may need updating.

The little closed-in patio was great for hanging washing. Was so good to be able to do the laundry. It was good to have a large dining and lounge area separate. Kitchen was a good size also.
The washing machine in the bathroom made access to the toilet difficult, however it was great to have use of the machine. The overhead fan in the bedroom wasn't working.

Nice place a bit more remote to the center than expected but you have a lot of Free bus services in Perth. The sofa bed i used was fine to sleep on.

I like the cleanliness of the property. Most essential facilities were available at the time we stayed.
I wish this property had the lift. It was so hard for me to move all the luggages up the stairs when I had two children with me as well.
