The location was excellent and our room was very comfortable. It had everything we needed.
Parking was a bit painful. Whilst there is a parking garage close by, if you drive a car taller than 1.9m, you won’t fit and the only other alternative is to park several blocks away.
The drop off/pick up bays directly out the front of the hotel always seemed to have cars (taxi’s, Ubers) parked there, which was annoying!

Location and room was clean
We stayed on the 8th floor and did not get a wink of sleep due to a high pitched sound when it was windy. I did tell the evening staff who said they would check but nothing changed. I told reception when I checked out but they said their power was out and cannot refund me, although lights etc. we’re on. I very rarely complain, but just had to on this occasion so it doesn’t happen to someone else.

Lack of heater in room which was duly rectified by getting given 2 woollen blankets which did the job.
