Across the road, we have the Red Cat stop “Carlton” that takes you to the city Center in just 5 minutes. Guests have access to a large communal kitchen and 24/7 property access. Location and charming outward appearance
Very noisy with the allocated room (3) being right near the front door. Careless people coming and going all through the night with the front door slamming. Earplugs weren’t enough! Hollow wooden floor boards and a large gap under the door letting the sensor activated light from the lobby in. Had to roll up the towel to make it dark enough to try and sleep. No top sheet was provided, just a blanket which was only just warm enough when doubled over. The electric wall panel heater was useless. Not worth saving $30 for a stay like that.

Room: - Very clean room, can smell disinfectant - Very white bed sheet with pillow and blanket - Even have aircon and heater Location: - Very nice and quiet place just off the main road but near city centre 20 minutes by foot Kitchen: - Very well stocked with appliances and utensils Washroom: - Great that they separate bathroom from toilet - Good pressure and hot water during winter
Room: - Did not realise it was enclosed without a window - Might want to add air ventilation - Might want to provide broom + pan & rubbish bin Kitchen: - Should inform that midnight no electricity Main Gripe: Inaccessibillity to customer service/staff. Note: My bad. They did send me check in instructions on day of stay. Maybe try to do better. Thank you. Understand more efficient to communicate through telcom then physically putting a staff there but should provide communication link better. I have problem checking in as my flight was delayed and i reached inn at midnight. all locked up and i have no local telco to request check in and password. Another time, an occupant asks me how to apply for your wifi service. Should provide link and maybe greeting through whatsapp/email prior our arrival? I forget to remind people that the inn uses V-shape 2-pin Type 1 socket.

Room is not same on the ad. When I check in the room I have to go out and rent another hotel straight away as I can't stay on that room. Try to call manager to complain and no one pick up.never come back again

i appreciated the private room......it was very basic, but had a nice wall heater for the night (i was there in winter)....i didn't have a shower, but appreciated the towel was included, floors were nice in the room......door PIN lock worked well for me as all my Qatar flights were cancelled and i arrived very late and had no problems getting in, thank you....i'd like to come back in the summer and enjoy the atmosphere of the inner courtyard, it looks to have great potential on warm nights
the mattress was very bad......please run your hand over the top of it and feel all the metal springs sticking up.....
