This hotel was actually a very pleasant surprise. I wasn't expecting much to be honest as it's rates were lower than other options nearby. But this definitely exceeded my expectations. The entry foyer is like walking into the Great Gatsby. The staff are friendly, efficient and helpful. Organising parking and breakfast was easy and I was able to pay for them upfront to save issues at checkout. The room was small, but very well-appointed. Having a microwave was really helpful to stop me having to eat out for every meal. The free little snack packs of chips was a nice touch. I had to do a lot of work from my room while there, including video conferencing and the wifi was flawless the whole time. Which is unusual for hotel wifi! The breakfast service was friendly and generous. The food itself isn't gourmet, but it's satisfying. Overall, a really good stay, reasonably priced, and an unbeatable location for all the things I needed to do.

No large glasses , no mugs and not enough coffee and milk. When paying what it does you expect those to be there. Such a shame.
