Staff were reasonably helpful but twice they said they put me in a room with a balcony, and each time the room I was given did not have a balcony.
Also complained on 2 separate nights that other guests were shouting, swearing, fighting and being loud and aggressive well past midnight. The first time it was 4 tradies. The second time involved Indigenous men and women guests and was worse with the shouting, swearing and fighting continuing to 3am. I suspect that a staff member even told the overly loud guests that I made the complaint because these guests banged on my door at 4am.
Noise. The accommodation block acts like an Amphitheatre amplifying sounds. Staff did nothing about guests in different rooms using the corridors to meet up, drink, swear and harass other guests even though the noise could clearly be heard outside reception.

Location was good for airport and city access.
There was a pair of dirty undies in the bedroom. Kitchen floor hadn't been mopped. Kitchen in general was dirty. There was an old shampoo bottle in the shower.

Staff have been friendly each time and given us a quiet area of hotel
