Great location and very comfortable accommodation
The car park is quite tricky as there are a lot of instructions and getting the car in and out is quite an ordeal with the car lift.

We were 6 people (3 adults and 3 kids) sharing a 3 bedroom apartment. The apartment completely exceeded our expectations. Super clean, well furnished, beds are super comfortable (on the firmer side which is exactly what I wanted). We didn't use the kitchen much, but it is full size and you could easily prepare a family meal. Location is great, walking distance to IGA, the ferry, and tons of restaurants. We had a small issue with the main air on turning itself off. I sent a request after hours, in hope that someone could check it in the morning- I received a response within minutes and the building manager arrived a short time later to rectify it. Thank you! We wish we had stayed longer!

The place was spacious and the balcony was amazing. The location was great as everything you need is within walking distance. Overall, the place was excellent! Richard the owner was very friendly and welcoming.

Nothing. It was appalling
In a dodgy Street Keys were not in lock box. Had to contact someone and wait 20 min for the manager? To bring the keys down. Meanwhile no where to park on the street or nearby. Made me late for a meeting. We stayed 4 nights but I would have left the first night had there been suitable accom available elsewhere. Lift was out of service and had to use a fire escape door down the street for access and use steps. The HWS in the unit was not heating the water and the showers had no pressure. Manager said tough that’s as good as it is and it’s OK. The heaters in the bedrooms did not warm. They were flashing fault light but again the manager said it was OK. So was cold and had cold showers for four days. Manager refused to reply after the first night. None of the gym equipment worked correctly. The kitchen floor had food bits all over it. The sheets on the bed had holes in them. The soap holder or shelf in the main shower was torn off the wall. The toilet roll holder was falling off. Check the past comments as over the past two years at least, people have complained about the same things and it’s still the same. It’s no better than a slum. Booking.com should look twice about advertising a place like this

nestled in the heart of Fremantle. We were able to get around by walking. close to Coles and Target which were just 1 street away. Bedrooms were big and comfortable, like that there was no carpeted flooring.
Bathroom drainage systems were a bit faulty, the bathroom floor was persistently wet as soap bubbles kept coming out of the drain after baths even though we didn't use much soap. There was nothing we could use to clean the floors. hence we had to crawl on all fours just to rid the crumbs with a tissue. Wish the accommodation provided kids utensils.

Very spacious , clean , beds very comfortable, had everything we needed , so central we walked everywhere, lovely cafe and bar right next door
Elevator seems a bit dodgy , would have been nice if the pool was heated , when spending that kind of money would be nice to use the facilities, and the treadmill wasn’t working

Our stay was faultless. Great communication. The building manager, Richard was extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the apartment (No 1) was very spacious and had an enormous, private patio. It was very comfortable and I wouldn't hesitate in returning. The location was just perfect for exploring Fremantle. The Prison, Ferry to Rottnest or Perth and train station were all within easy walking distance - we hardly used the car.

The location is perfect. Near eateries n IGA supermarket. Can walk everywhere. Apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Aircon unit in each room and living room. Check in is very easy. Parking lift is quite ok to use. Instructions on how to use the parking lift are very easy to follow.

One key between 5 people, the spa didnt work, very small gym, owner occupied dog that barked next door, beds were short in length
