Great location and fast check in
Pillows are horrendously hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom is also extremely slippery and they only supply a single, small, thin bathmat. Smoke alarm went off (full evacuation) due to people smoking in rooms. You could smell it throughout the hotel for the 2 days we were there.

Comfortable clean room and friendly helpful staff. Perfect location as we were attending a concert at the arena across the road. Was great to be able to just walk over to the hotel.

we were in 701 we had a issue with a banging aircon but was fixed immediately and never made a noise again the maintenance man was excellent

Rooms were clean and everything worked. Good location with valet parking at a price but worth it for central Perth.
A bit dated with the corridors dull and showing signs of age. No bar facilities on a Sunday.
